Departing from Bayeux, you will reach Normandy's Coastal battlefield grounds in a comfortable and fully equipped 8 or 19 seater vehicle. This tour features a stop at Omaha Beach that will include informative commentaries by your guide. You will then move on to the Pointe du Hoc landing area where the US Rangers assault group captured the area after scaling the cliffs. End the tour with a stop at the Normandy American Cemetery.

5.00Our tour guide, Maggie, was brilliant! She knew so much history and was able to give us excellent insight into what happened during that fateful time. The visit to the cemetery was very moving, especially as Maggie got us there in time for Taps. Although a sad and serious tour, Maggie was able to provide light moments of fun and she was full of interesting stories, both tragic and heartening.
