These people are not working. They are enjoing what they do! They love what they do and you can feel it. If you want to make sure you will see the lights, go with them! They will do the impossible to chase them!

I highly recommend this tour because you get a great spot to view the lights away from the crowds, snacks, hand warmers etc. They take good care of you. I cannot imagine a better tour guide. Elena had so much knowledge and enthusiasm and lead us to see the best show of lights. I am now reluctant to go on another lights tour because any other would be anticlimactic. The pictures she emails that she takes of our tour are superior to mine.

They are truly professional at chasing the aurora. They know all the best spots — wide open, completely dark, with a full view of the sky. We ended up seeing the aurora three times in one night, and it was absolutely stunning. The lights were dancing across the entire sky like a real show. When clouds moved in, they quickly switched to a different location. They also take great photos — really professional. I heard that on the same night, another tour, not their groups, stayed by a lake just 15 minutes from the hotel for three hours and only saw a faint aurora for about five minutes. Choosing a good tour makes all the difference. Trust them — you won’t regret it！

Enjoyed arriving at a site that was free of cloud cover. The lights did not disappoint. For those that might consider a northern lights tour consider the lodges may be under heavy cloud cover which makes the lights unviewable. This option drives you to where the chance of seeing the lights exists, with the downside being a very long ride (about 2 hours one way). But the lights danced and that may the tour worthwhile for me. I recommend.

This was such an amazing experience! We were greeted by cloudy and snowing skies when we arrived in Fairbanks. This tour was scheduled for our very last night in Fairbanks, and it was amazing! The skies cleared up, our guide took us to this beautiful spot, and the northern lights showed up for hours! He provided us with water, snacks, hand and toe warmers, and most importantly, a warm, comfortable van all night! Our guide was so knowledgeable about the northern lights and was so excited to share his love for the auroras with us! He and his wife stayed in the freezing weather for hours, taking our photos with their professional cameras and actively checking the forecast to make sure we don’t miss the best of the best show of the night. We cannot recommend this experience enough and are very thankful for our amazing guides!
