I went on a Northern Lights tour with Julio and Dua as our guides—both were incredibly friendly and genuinely cared about making our experience memorable and engaging. Even though it was a very small group, they took it seriously and made the night really special!

The tour was perfect! Our tour guide, Anna went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The northern lights were absolutely beautiful. It was an unforgettable experience!

The bus departs from the centre of Tromso. Depending on the weather conditions, it is decided which direction to drive to see the best Northern Lights. On the bus, the correct settings for the camera and mobile phones are explained to take the best photos. And: We actually saw wonderful Northern Lights! Alberto also took a professional photo of each guest, which could then be downloaded from the homepage. Jenny set up a small "food truck" where you could take cookies and warm drinks. In a fire bowl, a fire was lit where we could grill marshmallows. Convenient that the toilet could be used on the bus. After more than 6 hours we returned to Tromso. Thanks to our guides Jenny and Alberto for the professional accompaniment. We felt well cared for and have beautiful pictures as memories.

Fantastic night of Aurora Boreales in Tromso. Much of the success was due to the great professionalism of Mariana and Valentinos. Two attentive and very friendly guides who accompanied us throughout the experience. Besides, we were lucky that one of them spoke Spanish. Thanks Mariana and Valentinos!!!!!

Great experience. Excellent guide Eden is very knowledgeable and interesting. Alberto was very helpful with photography tips. On a night with low chances of sighting they took us to the Finish border where we had clear sky and a beautiful Northern Light show in the sky.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! AWFUL. I am really surprised by the reviews and can only assume they expected nothing so could only be pleased when they got slightly more. My tour was horrendous - couldn't get a single decent photo all night because of passengers and staff, and nothing they promised was provided except hot drinks. I went up to ask for the tripod we were told you could request, but they wanted a lot of money despite it being misleadingly included on request. The tour started out fine with a basic couple of sentences about Tromso as we left town, but there was no wifi as promised, no help with photos as promised, no equipment as promised and no personal photos. Instead, the staff parked the bus and left us, disappeared for nearly an hour before telling the full giant bus what they were doing. The photographer Henrik just disappeared completely with a bunch of young girls, and once I complained repeatedly to the other staff member that they were not doing anything promised, she said it was up to me to go find him but that he would call out and tell everyone when he was ready to take promised portraits - which he definitely did not do once, I even asked other passengers who had no idea who or where he was or what he was doing, they didn't even know portraits were available. I hunted him down and found him hiding out in a dark corner with three girls and just taking their portraits over and over. When I asked when the rest of the bus could have theirs or ehen he was going to tell us about the portraits he offered me one which was poor quality and not even worth taking, full of light pollution and blurry. They had parked us in a bright car park full of hordes of tour buses and constant lights which ruined everyone's photos and there was zero help taking photos despite promising us both verbally and on the website, and on top of that other passengers kept using their flashes which further ruined shots and even the staff were blocking our shots. The female staff member kept walking right in front of my camera pointed at the sky, even though I had clearly gone out of my way to find a dark corner and avoid the constant bumping of my camera and blocking of my shots by walking in front of me, as there was ZERO reason to come to my corner and walk straight in front of my camera when there was plenty of room and I was not in anyone's way. This continued all night and I repeatedly asked them to give the group an opportunity for a photo and basic instructions which never happened despite repeated assurances. The entire night was a huge waste of time despite there being really great solar activity that night. This was the entire point of my once in a lifetime trip and it was ruined, a completely misleading tour that I now wonder about as I couldn't believe how poorly the company ran things. Even one of the other company photographers there made a comment about bad tour operators, watching what mine was doing - and I learned a lot of rogue operators do exactly this. What a horrible way to treat people just looking for a basic tour.

Pros: Punctual, well conducted tour. Good photography by Marta and great storytelling by Jenny. We were lucky to see amazing display of northern lights. Also served hot chocolate and cookies Cons: We were stranded for an hour due to a battery fail in our bus. There was no washroom provision in the entire trip, since toilet was not working on our bus.

Absolutely incredible excursion, the best experience of my trip to Norway! Our guides Jenny and Elisabet were friendly, engaging and knowledgeable throughout the entire night. Elisabet's photos from the night are breathtaking. We were lucky with a beautiful aurora display all night and the guides/bus driver were flexible throughout the chase the best vantage points and pulling over to give everyone on board the experience of a lifetime. Highly recommend, this tour - hopefully you'll be lucky enough to have Jenny and Elisabet!

Amazing bucket list experience! We travelled from Tromso where the weather was very stormy to Finland at 6.30pm. It was a long bus ride but so very worth it as we arrived at the viewing location where Lady Aurora literally danced all night for us! Our guides Jenny and Anna were perfect! Their knowledge was incredible, they were amazingly patient amd shared our joy and enthusiasm - they could not have done more to ensure we had the trip of a lifetime. Also we must mention our bus driver who expertly and safely got us to Finland and back to Tromso around 3.15am in very tricky road conditions. Norwegian Travel have been amazing (we also stayed at Camp Tamok on a separate trip arranged by them) and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thank you all for a trip we will never ever forget. ❤️
