It’s a very nice experience to ride the snowmobile but differently not to chase the aurora. We stopped in 2 spots that’s it to see, but we were unlucky. The guide was great, he gave us time and was very friendly, the company was great too, Arctic lifestyle. The experience was very nice overall.

It was nice, we enjoyed our time. The tour guide was kind. We didn’t see aurora but we enjoyed the snowmobile ride in the forest and over the river.

This tour agency was amazing with excellent serivce and patient towards our questions. The tour guide that brought us for the tour was even better. Despite not being able to see the northern lights due to the weather condition but the experience for the snowmobiling was great because of the friendly and patient tour guide

It was great! Marcus was our guide! We were a small group of 3, we could enjoy snowmobiling on a frozen lake and a game in the forest! Snowmobiles are powerful, on the way back we were able to harness the power of the machine! Outdoor barbecue is a big plus at the exit! I really recommend it.

Our guide was great. Such an interesting guy. We had never ridden snow mobiles before so he taught us how and all of the safety aspects. He couldn’t do enough for us. Photos, video and extra sausages & marshmallows by the fire. Unfortunately because of the weather we didn’t see the northern lights but that can’t be helped.

This ended up being one of the best things we did in Lapland. Our guide, JP, was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. We had an amazing time snowmobiling. But the Lappish BBQ in a little cabin in the woods was something we won’t soon forget. Highly recommended!

We did the Northern Lights Snowmobile safari on 20th January 2019. They picked us up from our hotel in Rovaniemi on time and took us to the venue where we changed into the appropriate clothing to keep us safe and warm. I will be honest, I was not looking forward to this trip at all as I was terrified of going on a snowmobile but my partner really wanted to do it. We shared a snowmobile, my partner drove and I was the passenger as I didn't want to drive. It turned out not to be very busy and it was just myself and my partner with our own guide on a snowmobile in front. This was great for us. Our guide ( I think his name was Franz) took us to our snowmobile and showed us how to use it as we had never been on one before. It had heated handle bars which is good for the driver. Franz explained that accidents only happen when people get over confident and go too fast especially around corners. He also showed us hand signals to use if we needed to stop, slow down etc. As we set off I was petrified and my partner a little nervous as he hadn't driven one before. We ended up going so slow that we got stuck going round a corner as we didn't use enough power. Franz was very patient with us and explained we could go a bit faster and would be safe. We drove for about an hour, driving through the most beautiful scenery which was simply breathtaking and over a frozen lake. I eventually began to relax as my partner got more comfortable driving the snowmobile and I just appreciated the stunning views. We stopped after about an hour and our guide built a campfire where we warmed ourselves up with a hot chocolate and warm cinnamon bun. My partner was a bit disappointed as the info we got did promise sausages over a campfire but I had emailed them as I am vegetarian so we ended up both getting a cinnamon bun instead. After warming up and the guide telling us stories about the Northern Lights ( we didn't see them that night as too cloudy) we headed off again on the snowmobile. The guide stopped to show us places of interest and it was honestly just the most beautiful scenery I have ever seen. After about an hour we headed back which we were glad about as we were beginning to get cold. Our guide was worried as he thought we would be upset at not seeing the Northern Lights but we knew this was not guaranteed and were just so happy with the views and experience we had just had. Our guide Franz made this trip, he was so friendly and made me as a very nervous passenger feel safe. I ended up loving this trip and would go on a snowmobile again. I highly recommend this trip.

the tour was good the guides were great however it is not really a northern lights safari as you spend only about 15 minutes actually in an open field with the snowmobiles off and dark and looking for the lights
