Northern Lights in Focus is a small-group journey into the Arctic night, guided by people who live here and know how to read it.
We leave the city behind and head into the wilderness, following weather forecasts, local knowledge, and real-time conditions to find the best possible place to experience the Northern Lights. There is no fixed route — every chase is shaped by clouds, light, and the Arctic itself.
To keep you warm, insulated winter overalls are provided. During the night, we gather around a small campfire to enjoy a homemade meal, hot drinks, and something sweet.
When the aurora appears, your guide — also a photographer — will take portraits of you beneath the lights. These photos are included and shared with you after the tour.
Whether the lights are strong or subtle, this is about sharing a real Arctic night together!

The northern lights chase was skilfully managed and executed. The team was responsive and went to some effort to even accommodate food preference. The swanky and comfortable Mercedes minibus was the envy of many also waiting for their tour at the same meeting point and hoping the Merc was their ride, when our minibus appeared and our names were called to board. Our group was small and our guide had an infectious enthusiasm, worked hard throughout the night and provided a well-balanced commentary and information, whilst managing expectations with care. She was also fiercely protective of our little campfire and promptly dispatched the invader group who started using it while we were mere steps away. We eventually settled at a different, quieter spot that we reached with the minibus, surrounded by knee-deep snow, silent snowfields, a bright moon and no other groups, where we spent a few hours over a second campfire with hot drinks and cookies, taking photos of the aurora. The experience is great value for money, especially with the photos included.

We went hunting the Northern Lights accompanied by Joan and Gregor in February 2026. The evening was exceptional thanks to favorable weather and our attendants extremely kind and always available. We'll keep a great memory of it

The experience was perfect. Johan was great and was very good about explaining things and letting us know what to expect. The soup and hot juice was also delicious. This small group tour feels more personal. I would definitely recommend a small group tour especially for the northern lights tour. The minibus can get places that a big tour bus will not be able to go. The lights were so perfect! And so bright! We only had to drive 1 hour and we were able to pull off and see them. I can't say enough about this tour. This has been a great experience!

Joan and Lukasz were very knowledgeable, entertaining and helpful. Great atmosphere. Directly upon arrival at the destination Northern Lights in all your fascination. Small campfire in unspoilt nature. Drinks and a hearty soup were also available. Overall an extraordinary and special evening. Thank you, also for the great photos.

We had an aurora tour with Karl and Adam. Although not exactly the best conditions, there was always a good mood. We were served delicious soup by a campfire. I would particularly like to highlight the tireless efforts of our guide - thank you! Despite the freezing temperatures, he took great photos of everyone. I can recommend the tour, of course you have to know that there is definitely no guarantee of aurora borealis. We were lucky and successful, were rewarded with great lighting effects.
