Poorly organized, uninteresting and overcrowded places. Plus I didn't find Nusa Penida beautiful to be honest Tour guide barely spoke any English Was asked to pay extra both for food as well as for pick-up from Uluwatu

The owner/driver was nice, but the tour was very disorganized. He was late in picking me up and stated he only knew about the booking the night before the tour. He dropped me off after the tour 2 hours late (7pm. arrival). Good to be honest, but as a customer, I do not need to know about any issues or hear any excuses. I paid for a private tour, but he made me wait about 30 minutes in the hotel of the other 2 clients he picked up, who were not ready when we got there. When the boat arrived at the harbor- I had to tell/call him that I had arrived. He came but waited for the other two again to arrive before we went to our hotels. I paid for a private tour, so I do not have to wait for anyone. He should have another driver to be with me. The tour guide was nice at the Nusa Penida island and spoke some English. It was very hot, and he never offered to provide any water. I do not think he had water in the car. Thank God for the water at lunchtime. He said he had been doing tours for a year but did not know that water should be provided. Or should he be instructed to do so? One good thing is he took nice pictures. Lunch was so-so- no big deal. I'm not sure if he had to wait until my boat left the harbor, but he said he had to go- although it was about 30 minutes before I boarded the boat and left the island. I had a feeling that I would not have a good experience with this company, and I was right.

We had a good tour in the hands of Doni and his team. Doni is very informative. He provided us all the necessary information on who’s our next driver/guide and what to expect when we arrived to the island. Everything went smoothly. If I could change something it would be to be pick up around dawn to have more time on snorkeling cause Nusa Penida is ridiculously gorgeous spot for snorkeling. Other than that it was all worth it!

Amazing first visit to Nusa Penida with Doni and Adit! Trip was extremely well planned - from hotel pick up to arrival at the port, ferry ride and meeting our guide on the island, even though we were passed thru several partners, Doni and team maintained communication with us throughout via WhatsApp and clear instructions were given as to where and who to meet. Our guide on the Island, Adit was friendly and very accommodating, taking us to multiple view points and photo spots at each site. Car charted was large, clean and comfy. They even accommodated to our last minute early finish request, arranging promptly for ferry and return car pickup. Overall highly recommend! Would do the tour again!
