What To Expect
Dive on the vibrant reefs of Nusa Penida! Take a trip to Manta Point to try to see Manta Rays or East Penida for pristine reefs and incredible amount of marine life! Turtles, eagle rays, tuna, mola-mola - all of that can happen on any dive!

5.00Dove with Pure Dive Resort in May this year. The diver center was beautiful, well equipped, clean and had comfortable areas to sit around and hang out. Their own pool was also a plus! Makes putting on the wetsuit so much easier and also warm to hang out in before the 1st dive/cool to soak in before the afternoon dive. Dive experience and operations were super professional, yet down-to-earth friendly. They have two(2) boats, which were well-maintained and fast. Two boats also meant there was quite some great flexibility for choosing the sites to got to. Also, they are very punctual, and every evening, the meet-up time for the next morning will be WhatsApp-ed over. The staff here deserves a special mention. All were super friendly, helpful and welcoming. Had the pleasure to dive with/led by Budi & Dede, and shared some great company on the boat with the other guides/instructors Samuel, Intan, Mike and Wan Chan. Must also mention the friendly receps Mirah, Wayan & Ruddy, who always welcomed us back from the dive with a smile and "how was the dive?", plus the funny random (yet somewhat intellectual) chats with Ark. Also not forgetting the boat captains and crew and also the back of house staff at the center! Throughout my 8days/21 dives with them, I returned from every one of them happy and ready to go for the next one. Observing how the staff and other guides/instructors interacted, shared jokes, smiles and laughter with the other guests, I'm pretty certain everyone that dove with Pure Dive Resort went away with a great experience.I don't think it was the dive sites or things I got to/or didn't see underwater that made my trip. Being underwater is already great, but the whole stress-free, cheerful, welcoming service and experience I had with Pure Dive made my trip great!

5.00They were all very professional. From the reception to collecting our gear next day of our dives. The dive master was absolutely great and I felt very safe during the dive, knowing she is looking after us. The boat was clean and ‘ No smoking’ which was great! Thank you guys for the pleasant dive experience!

5.00What a trip and crew! They are super amazing! Could have given this dive center 10 stars if I could. Why? Mantas on the first dive, and mola mola on the second dive. This describes it all.

5.00I had an incredible day diving with Pure Dive Resort! We did two dives and I was lucky enough to see a moray eel, a turtle, and some beautiful nudibranchs. Such a magical underwater experience. The team was very professional and friendly, making me feel completely safe and comfortable throughout the dives. Everything was well-organized, and the whole trip felt memorable from start to finish. Highly recommend Pure Dive Resort to anyone who wants to experience the best of Nusa Penida’s marine life!

5.00Absolutely lovely time at Pure. I cannot wait to return. The location is spectacular, and you can walk into the water to dive. I saw turtles, cuttlefish, nudibranch, and so much more. Great facilities, and a pool to dive for (get the joke... sorry). I was there with my family and young kids and will go back again soon hopefully!

5.00We had an amazing family stay at Pure Dive Resort. From the moment we arrived, the team made everything easy and welcoming. It’s rare to find a place that gets both diving and family comfort so perfectly right. The dive shop is excellent — super professional, well organised, and run by people who clearly love what they do. Every dive was fantastic, but the night dives really stood out. The reefs are healthy, full of life and colour, and the guides were top-notch. When we weren’t diving, our kids were having the time of their lives. They loved the pool and the beach right in front of the resort, giving us time to relax and enjoy the island vibe. It’s such a great setup for families who dive. Huge thanks to the whole team at Pure Dive Resort for making this such a memorable trip. We’re already talking about when we can come back!

5.00Had an amazing time diving with Pure Diving Nusa Penida! The staff were super friendly and attentive, and the facility was clean and modern. They took us out to see manta rays — we spotted about six huge, beautiful ones gliding through the water. The boat ride was a bit rough, but the crew came prepared with seasickness meds, which was a nice touch. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish — great people, great setup, and unforgettable underwater moments. Highly recommend Pure Diving if you’re visiting Nusa Penida!

5.00We had a wonderful week diving with Pure. We had excellent dives, were especially lucky with manta spots and there were turtles everywhere. Pure's customer service and attention to detail were second to none. We stayed at Ring Sameton just next door to the shop which was quiet and calm and suited us perfectly. It was our first time staying on Nusa Penida, which was a delight. A divers lunch is included with your guide and the other divers. Warung Beach produced really great tasty indonesian food every day. Unfortunately, despite our guides trying extremely hard to spot a Mola, we did not managed to get a glimpse! We had seen them on previous visits outside of the high season.
