5.00It’s was a bit tricky finding the location but the ride was so good. I had a great time doing the Segway tour. I got to see some hidden gems that I hadn’t seen yet. I highly recommend choosing an evening tour.

3.00We saw the main sites of Singapore, namely: Marina Barrage, Marina Bay Sands Hotel, Gardens by the Bay. The segways were tiny and didn't go very fast. The guide wasn't a Singapore Native and couldn't understand the questions we asked and it was also difficult to understand what he was trying to communicate to us.

1.00We traveled by Grab ( $10 USD each way) to the location provided by the tour operator, which was a local food court and mall. We were directed up the escalator to the second floor and we arrived at a store front that was closed. After about 20 minutes, we texted the operator and received a response that he was running late and could we postpone the tour for an hour or so. We declined and returned to the hotel. We filed our complaint with Viator and received a refund within a few days... Good job Viator.
