What To Expect
Enjoy a 90-min guided tour and tutored whisky tasting at one of Scotland's most spectacular and significant working whisky distilleries. Located in Falkirk, close to Edinburgh and Glasgow and easily to reach by train. Originally founded in 1840, the Distillery has been meticulously restored and offers a world-class visitor experience. This is the reawakening of one of Scotland’s most highly regarded silent distilleries. Your experience begins with immersive storytelling, as the tales of this historic distillery are projected around you onto the original warehouse walls. From there, a guided tour through the beautiful new distillery, where you’ll discover each step of our unique whisky-making process. You'll visit our stunning glass-fronted still house with its three enormous copper pot stills, before visiting the warehouse where precious casks of whisky lie. Your experience will conclude in our luxurious tasting room with a tutored tasting of two award-winning single malt whiskies and a sample of New Make Spirit. The drams served are Glengoyne 12 Year Old Highland Single Malt, and Tamdhu 12 Year Old Speyside Single Malt.

5.00Very impressive building. The staff were very welcoming. Jack our tour guide was very informative and friendly. Always asked if anyone had any questions. The whisky tasting set up was just lovely and enjoyable.

5.00This is a fabulous experience. The distillery has been refurbished and modernised to a very high standard, recycling and reusing many original and sustainable materials. A beautiful building. The host was welcoming and knowledgeable and the whiskies we tasted were sublime.

5.00Being relatively new and super modern we were in awe of the design and quality that Rosebank distillery had on offer. Great staff and a stunning well stocked shop, our tour lasted 90 mins with 3 tastings for £25 there is different tours that offer different things. Location is central with plenty of parking accessible for all groups. What a great experience our group of 5 had.

5.00Enjoyed the history and relaxed vibe of the tour, guide was excellent.., David was really great with his explanation of the origins and workings of this modern distillery. Highly recommend the tour and the tastings were superb, especially the 33yr old Rosebank.

5.00Well worth the visit. This distillery is in my local area and this was my first visit. My son in law came with me and we had a great time. The guide was amazing and I learned more of my local history. I thought I knew a bit about whisky but the visit was extremely informative and I learned so much about whisky production and tasting. Thanks for a great day

5.00What a gem of a tour .. I had never heard of this distillery but whilst staying near Stirling it came up on a web search and my wife had promised me a whiskey tour !! Great engaging staff who oozed pride and a love of the building, process and end product !! Even my wife, who most certainly is not a whiskey lover found the experience fascinating… looking forward to tasting the 32 year old malt when my son finishes his final year at university
