Great tour and great sights visited, however,... The guide made no effort to engage with non-Japanese guests... This made things very difficult to comprehend. I had to ask other Japanese guests to help with translations. The guide was very annoyed when I asked for information regarding the tour, departure times, and other relevant information. This tour is not ideal for non-Japanese guests and is not recommended for people wanting to learn more about Okinawa.

Not wanting to bang too much to take the bus independently and reach the aquarium (I would have saved yes and no 10€) I relied on this tour (the guide was magnificent and pretty, I don’t remember the name, but it was atypical for a Japanese, if you read this review you will surely remember how much we interacted by bus talking about Italy and cultural differences, when we were waiting for the return of others from the aquarium). The total for a very fair amount has 4 steps: The first is at the beach in Nagi, with a half-hour ride by glass boat. Aquarium Free walk overlooking the beach. Shopping mall on return. Everything done in a professional way with driver and guide only they did a great job. Highly recommended.

The tour guide Koko(phonetic spelling) and bys driver were awesome!! Koko was informative, personable, and consistently aware of everyone's comfort. She did directions in Japanese and English and kept us moving at a great pace. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire trip and would highly recommend to solo, couples, and families!! Our driver did an excellent job driving us safely to each destination. Thanks!!😊

The tour was not very well The audio guide in Spanish was not well understood... The guide bordering on cold and just says departure time and arrival time and something else Everything said so quickly that nothing was understood in English He spoke very very quickly We did not see her smile once He only did his job as a mechanical robot I do not recommend If I recommend the aquarium very nice the truth

Saw a lot in one day! The guide was very nice making a lot of effort to keep us informed, sine we are the only people on the bus that don’t speak Japanese and he doesn’t speak English either. Though weather made the boat ride cancelled but we got to see the red panda, so it’s all good.

I really liked this tour, which is really very very provided (glassboat boat, half day at the aquarium site which is vast, and some stops back in rural areas with shops). Limit I thought it was too long (8:30-7:30), but frankly we really get value for money. The bus was very comfortable, with wifi on board. I am very prone to motion sickness, and there frankly, I could manipulate my smartphone without feeling anything! Personally, I had a bit of trouble understanding the instructions in the English guide, but obviously I was the only one. Other tourists helped me, and everything went very well! Thank you very much to Jumbo Tours for this great tour!

Excellent trip both guide and driver were knowledgeable, competent and friendly. Our guide, Koko, was amazing in her descriptions and history and her English was easy to understand for those of us who did not speak Japanese. I cannot say enough good about her. Even if the weather was a bit rainy and chilly (it was early February) the trip was lots of fun and well worth the price. We got to see much of Okinawa island. The diverse trip included a ride on a glass bottom boat, the Oceanic park including the best aquarium I have ever seen, a relaxing walk through forests along the coast, a visit to a hand-made pottery village and finishing up at the American Village which is a Disneylandish village of fun shops and various restaurants. It was one of the best tours I have ever taken. If you don’t have a car and want to see the best of Okinawa, this trip is a must for all ages from 5 to 95.

It was a great comprehensive experience , we probably could have skipped the last pottery village as many shops were closed . But we were able to see much of the island
