Popular Spots! Pumpkin Cave & Canoeing
Caving in the Pumpkin Hole, with its unusual pumpkin-shaped stalactites! The Pumpkin Cave, also known as a power spot, is a mysterious place called “Ryugujo” in Miyako Island. Climb up and down the limestone caves using your whole body. There is also a diving spot at the end, which is great fun! The Pumpkin Hole is accessible by canoe.
Wearing leggings is recommended.

During the tour, the guide will take your pictures with a special waterproof camera and give you the data for free.

If you refuse to wear the required gear, you may be denied participation. Always follow the guide’s instructions for your safety. Weather Tours operate in light rain. However, they may be canceled if field conditions are deemed unsafe. Pick-Up & Meeting Location Depending on availability, you may be asked to meet on-site. If you require pick-up service, please contact us after completing your booking. Clothing & Preparation Wear clothing that can get wet. There are no restrooms at the site, so please use the restroom in advance. No participation is allowed under the influence of alcohol. Parking Depending on the site, a parking fee of ¥1,000–¥2,000 may apply. About Cave Photos The cave photos shown are from previous tours. Currently, photos may only be taken at the entrance. Languages Tours are available in Japanese or English. Please note that tours may be conducted in Japanese only depending on the reservation situation.

5.00We participated in 2025/12/27. We had our first sea activity on Miyakojima, our first visit, led all day by "Dundee Bearded Girl with a lovely smile". I paddled out to sea in a canoe while watching the sunrise and saw extraordinary scenery. I continued to jump into the ocean, spend my gracious time at SUP, and snorkel and see the amazing world of the ocean, which stimulated my brain and left me feeling moved. I recommend you to take care of Dundee Bearded Girl with a Lovely Smile. You can spend your first time playing at sea with peace of mind. It was a lot of fun. Thank you ^^

5.00Pumpkin Cave 〈Rei-kun〉 It was a mystical, sacred place, a very precious experience. I was scared to jump in at the end, but I enjoyed flying. SUP 〈Rei-kun〉 First SUP The weather was nice, but sometimes it was windy and I couldn't get going, so I was more drained than I thought. Snorkeling 〈Kazukun〉 I was tired of seeing sea turtles at close range. Polite Rei-kun & Smile Kazu-kun It was a safe and secure experience with two guides entertaining and very supportive of me on forehand A 54-year-old woman was physically fine.

5.00A day to frame with the visit of spectacular beaches and breathtaking views. The canoe and the Sup were very relaxing with suggestive scenery looked like paintings. Then there is snorkeling that allows you to see a unique biodiversity. In addition, the guides were good and explained perfectly what was around allowing you to understand what you are looking at.

4.00The couple joined a full-day tour of snorkeling, pumpkin caves and SUP. On Takumi's team's snorkeling trip, they were impressed to meet a sea turtle! I'm very happy to have my photo taken. The Pumpkin Caves of the Genchan team were mysterious, easy to understand and enjoyable. In Yuri's last team SUP, it was great to spend a relaxing time almost exclusively reserved. There was only one point where there was a little lack of coordination between the staff, and it seems that some of the contents booked via Miyakojima Tours were not communicated. Still, everyone was kind and overall it was a very good experience!

5.00I went on my first trip to Miyakojima with my high school friends! I chose the most popular plan, SUP, sea turtle snorkeling and caving (stalactic cave exploration), and got it right. A refreshing smiley girl who was in charge of me! They cared about everyone throughout the tour, and each and every one of them was a very satisfying day. In the morning, we took a canoe to Pumpkin Limestone Cave. It was very mysterious to see a huge rock in the shape of a pumpkin in the cave. It was a series of inspiring experiences that I couldn't normally experience. Miraculously, I was able to meet Nemo and sea turtles while snorkeling. Everyone was excited to feel the crystal clear Miyakojima sea! The instructors were very attentive to our activities and gave us the opportunity to enjoy the ride with peace of mind. The closing SUP experience allowed me to paddle slowly over the crystal clear sea and refresh my mind and body. The instructor, Gen-chan, encouraged us to enjoy the event and took a lot of photos, which was very thoughtful. I was able to experience a wonderful tour and my first trip to Miyakojima was a very good memory!!! Thank you so much for your support!

4.00Touring Okinawa's Outlying Islands in the Week of Summer Vacation At the end of the trip, I joined Miyakojima because I wanted to fully enjoy marine activities. This time, I experienced snorkeling → SUP → Pumpkin Cave. Snorkeling was unlucky at the wrong time and I didn't see any sea turtles, but I did see tropical fish and sea snakes. At SUP, I fell into the sea like this, but towards the end I got the hang of it. I'm honored that the other participants enjoyed laughing too lol Due to the tide, the time was open until the afternoon Pumpkin Limestone Cave, but I could not get tired of it at a stylish cafe nearby. Kayak to the Pumpkin Limestone Cave and climb the rocks to a mystical space. I forgot how tired I was from the morning. The last jump was scary but very pleasant. After going home, I enjoy the lingering feeling due to sunburn and muscle pain lol Thanks to the guides, I was able to fully enjoy Miyakojima for the first time with peace of mind. Leon, yes, Mr. Muscle, thank you, smiling Kazu. I look forward to seeing you again when you come to Miyakojima.
