La Bûche - A 3-course tasting with a Québécois pea soup, pâté chinois, and maple taffy
On Sundays and Mondays, BEClub Bistro being closed, we visit Hortus
Comptoir Boréal - We stop in this local gem to taste a traditional Qc cream fudge and 1/2 croissant
Maison Livernois - Poutine! Adult + Alcohol tickets receive a Québécois gin pairing.
BEClub Bistro - Brisket, mashed potatoes, gravy. Adult tickets receive a local wine ( 2oz glass).

5.00Marie was an AMAZING tour host! She was interesting, insightful and provided an excellent range of suggestions for after the tour. We highly recommend both the tour which had an amazing variety of local Quebecoise cuisine and alcohol options appropriately paired. We would strongly recommend starting your time in Old Quebec with this tour as you can return to the places you enjoyed the most. As a local, Marie provided insights and explanations that only someone who has lived in the area can give- she was excellent!

5.00This was a highlight of our visit! Our guide, Maude, was wonderful and super fun. Not only did we learn more than we expected about traditional French Canadian dishes, Maude shared a wealth of historical and cultural information about Old Quebec and offered restaurant recommendations for our remaining time in the city. she also shared where the locals go to purchase their maple syrup, wine and beer. We loved every moment of this walking tour with Maude!
