Glide through Old San Juan’s 500 years of history on this 2-hour Segway PT or Segway Xafari Ebike tour, exploring the scenic route on a Segway vehicle. Known as ‘The Walled City,’ Old San Juan was founded as a military stronghold and remains the oldest city under the American flag. This small-group tour is limited to 6 riders for Segway PT and 6 riders for Segway Ebike, allowing you to zoom around effortlessly and see more than 15 attractions. Learn from an informative guide about the city’s role during the Spanish empire, World War II, and as a US territory. Capture stunning views of San Juan Bay and Castillo San Felipe Morro along the way.

5.00The Segway wasn’t available due to repair issues. I was disappointed about that, but the E-Bike was great too. If you’re new to E-Bikes you may want to practice a bit first before getting on the roads. Jose was a great tour guide and really knows his stuff. Easy to find the meet up location.

5.00Wonderful experience! We did the E-bike tour and Jose was a fantastic guide! We appreciated his candor when discussing the history of Puerto Rico, we learned a lot. The tour itself was fun, we covered a vast amount of old San Juan and saw many historic sights. Traffic, heavy in places, was not an issue as the vehicles always gave us plenty of room. The E -bikes were very nice on the hilly narrow streets and easy to ride on the cobblestone surfaces. If you're considering a tour of old San Juan, Segway of San Juan is your source. You'll lean some history, see significantly more sights versus walking and have fun in the process! A Hill and Family - Minnesota

5.00Five family members, ranging in ages from 24-55, had a fabulous e-bike tour with José at the end of February 2026. After a brief orientation to the bikes, he safely led us through Old San Juan. The high-tech Segway e-bikes looked brand new and were easy to master. José is an amazing storyteller! We were able to see a ton of sights in 2 hours because of the efficiency of e-biking. Couldn’t have had a better experience!!!

4.00Unfortunately, our Segway tour was cancelled due to the units being damaged by a power surge. The tour operator was good about letting us know in advance, and offered to do the e-bikes instead. We did it, but I would not do it again. We definitely could have used more instruction on how to use the bike. San Juan is very crowded when several cruise ships are in port, and not a great place to be on a bike. And the guide just kind of took off at times, not looking back to check on people to see that everyone was keeping up.

4.00Our ebike outing with Jose was our weekend highlight. We saw more of the old city in 2 hrs than I had seen on two previous visits. It was a great way to visit areas and points of interest that were a little off the beaten path while learning some history. Note: the ebikes are powerful and you will ride in city traffic at times, but we didn't find that to be a big issue. I'm glad we did this on our first day as it made getting to know old San Juan easier.

5.00Excellent tour, Jose was a good carefully guide. Unfortunately we could not use the segways as there had been an electrical surge. E-bikes (Segway) replaced them and the trip ran pretty smoothly despite the downpour. Thanks for a great experience and loved the bikes
