The tour is a bit repetitive but gave a good overview of the history of the city. We visited churches, and the tour guide pointed out things I would not have noticed on my own.

Walking tour was great! It’s long-ish but it’s a really slow to moderate pace but a bunch of up and down hills. Great background info on the history on San Juan and Puerto Rico. Note: you won’t tour the forts since those in itself take really long, but the end of the tour is close to El Morro fort so plan to walk there afterwards if you’ve got the energy! Also- no bathrooms really along the way, so go beforehand. Most restaurants and stores want you to pay for something first before using facilities. The meetup at Starbucks has public bathrooms, though!

Fantastic tour! Definitely recommend! David is truly a consummate professional - illuminating Puerto Rico’s deep, rich history and tying it to modern day. Bonus: you can see plenty of cats along the way. ¡Muchas gracias David!
