Walking tour was an excellent way to become acclimated to old San Juan for the first time visitor. My wife and I enjoyed it and used it as guide for our own exploration later.

David was an excellent guide. We learned a lot about the history of Puerto Rico and old San Juan. We were a large group and he was careful to be sure we were able to stay together along the crowded Old Dan Juan streets.

Our tour guide described each stop of our walking tour with interesting facts and detailed information. I liked the fact that our tour guide gave us enough time to take pictures and explore sites. The tour took the full 2 hours!

The tour was informative and that's the best thing about it. I wouldn't recommend this to anybody that usually stops to take pictures of themselves on the trip unless you can do it while the tour guide is talking or able to run to catch up to the rest of the group. If you go on the tour in the evening, do not dress in your best clothes because you will not have a chance to take a pictures of yourself in them if you like to act like you're in a photo shoot. . The only opportunity that you'll have to take pictures is at sunset, where you can't get any of the monuments in the background. If you have a darker complexion like myself, film pictures will not be able to show your face in those pictures unless you have flash and if you are quick enough to take those pictures.. I would only recommend the evening tour for cruisers that like to party after the tour was over. Unfortunately, for this tour guide, I am not that type of tourist, so this tour was not fun. It was just informative.

I had an incredible experience on this walking tour in Old San Juan! Not only was it enjoyable, but it was also incredibly informative. Our guide was knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly passionate about the history and culture of Puerto Rico. Walking through the colorful streets of Old San Juan brought everything to life — from the colonial architecture to the historic forts and hidden gems you might otherwise walk right past. I appreciated how the guide blended history, culture, and local stories in a way that kept it interesting the entire time. I left with a much deeper understanding of the island’s history and a greater appreciation for San Juan as a whole. If you’re visiting Puerto Rico and want more than just photos, this tour is absolutely worth it!
