We had an amazing time visiting Nyungwe National Park. It was truly one of the most enjoyable trips we’ve had. The forest is incredibly lush and green, a peaceful and beautiful place to be, especially as a couple. Being surrounded by that kind of nature felt refreshing and special. The company organized the trip well and did a great job with communication, our driver guide Olivier was such a kind and knowledgeable person. We were honestly surprised and impressed that we managed to explore the park and still got back in time to catch our late-night flight. It was a smooth and well-planned experience. We would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to visit one of UNESCO’s heritage sites. Nyungwe National Park is absolutely worth it.

My wife and I spent two unforgettable days in Nyungwe National Park, and we can honestly say these were the most beautiful days we had in Rwanda. The chimpanzee trekking experience was absolutely incredible. Walking through the lush forest, hearing the sounds of the wild, and finally seeing the chimpanzees up close was magical and something we will never forget. Our guide Jeremiah and our driver guide Jerome were both extremely knowledgeable, sharing fascinating facts about the forest, its wildlife, and the local ecosystem. The scenery was breathtaking at every turn. Towering trees, vibrant greenery, and the fresh, crisp air made every step a joy. We also loved the organization of the trek. Safety was prioritized, the pace was perfect, and we felt completely comfortable throughout. Beyond the chimpanzees, we enjoyed spotting other wildlife and learning about the flora and fauna unique to Nyungwe. These two days felt immersive and special, giving us a deep appreciation for Rwanda’s natural beauty. We highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to see Rwanda’s wilderness at its finest.
