5.00What an amazing experience!!!! It is difficult to get to Machu Picchu from the airport. You need a taxi, train, and bus. They made it manageable and were very professional and thoughtful. They provided us a place to rest while we waited for our tour. They are excellent and effective communicators. We knew exactly what was next and they reassured us by calling and texting. Someone was already waiting for us at each stop. Bryan, our tour guide, was wonderful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Circuit 2 was incredible. Once in a lifetime experience. Since it was my first time in Cusco, I really appreciated the exceptional service I received from the staff. Worth every penny.

5.00Wonderful trip with good view, good guide and good overall experience. The company open up the time slot for me, know that was the only available time for me. So I was the only one in the tour. The guide, Manuel, was also great. He told me lots of information about the site and helped me take lots of picture.

5.00Please read the whole review. At first I was a bit afraid I was going to be scammed. I booked a trip including tickets, but it quickly turned out there were none and I had to buy them directly at the Ministry of Culture in Aguas Calientes. HOWEVER The contact with the office was great. We were patiently informed over and over again, despite my concers, that everything was going to be taken care of. And it really was. We were sent a detailed itinerary aforehand. We arrived at the office where we were allowed to have our care garaged, the staff printed all our tickets. A really nice cab picked us up and brought to the RailPeru train station, we were seated in a nice bus to the Ollantaytambo station, thereon un the train. In Aguas Calientes there was an agent waiting for us, accompanied us to the Ministry to get the tickets, and escorted us to the hostel. The next morning a guide was waiting for us (our warmest greetings to Amerigo!) and went with us on a bus trip to Machu Picchu, as well as gave us a WONDERFUL guided trip to MP. Even our tickets were upgraded from Circuit 1 to Circuit 2. He shot so many cool photos for us. Then, when it was all finished, he saw us off at the gates and we embarked on a return trip. Again, all perfectly coordinated with the office. I am thankfulto HakuTravel for such a great trip!!! Despite my initial thoughts of being scammed, it turned out to be a wonderful experience!!!
