What To Expect
-Sankha Prakshyalan This is an ancient yogic cleansing process to detoxify the intestinal tract, clean the stomach, as well as the digestive system by drinking warm lemon salty water on an empty stomach followed by performing selected yoga asanas until everything is cleaned out. It is recommended to follow with natural vomiting process and Jal Neti - cleansing of the nostrils which increase your energy absorption. -Food Food will give you good and positive energy while ghee works as a lubricant to heal the entire digestive system. Lunch will be the only meal on the first day. If you feel like having something for dinner, recommended are only vegetable soup, khichadi or dal (lentil) soup. No solid food, junk food, meat, or alcohol are allowed. Ayurvedic body massage This will be a soft and relaxing massage therapy, using Ayurvedic oil to balance the doshas “Vata, Pitta, Kapha”. It is a soothing and relaxing massage to relieve tiredness and rejuvenate after the cleanse. -Shirodhara Shirodhara is a unique Ayurvedic treatment where warm medicated oils are poured over the third eye (forehead) in a regular stream for a definite period.

5.00For someone that hasn't completed any cleansing detoxing before it was quite taxing on my body. Amrit was there looking after me at every step of the detoxing. And the bonus afterwards is the Shirodhara and massage (amazing) and I have had many massages in my life. Had the best sleep before trekking with Amrit for the next few days.

5.00At the massage shop located in the hotel basement they were very friendly. After the Spa Intermediate Condition Check, of course, the car is off. The wifi explodes well. Recommended.
