1.00The company contracts w independent cab drivers for this one way trip from airport to resort. I called from US and spoke w company personal 1 day prior to arrival. I confirmed my ride and gave them all details regarding flight and time of arrival. They want you to communicate via WhatsApp. So I sent screenshot of my flight as well as write down everything they needed. The e-ticket u receive after you make payment is of no use . It looks fancy like you gonna scan it before accepting the ride etc. No such thing is going to happen. We cleared customs and Immigration and were out of the airport within 30 minutes of flight arrival. It took 10 minutes for us to find the cab driver. The cab smelled super bad like spoiled food or that someone spent the night in the cab. The white town car picture is misleading, be aware. We had a 5 year old with us. It was the most horrible 30 minute drive to Atlantis. We paid the full price in advance thinking that we will get a town car or SUV to pick us up. Instead someone came in an orange minivan which BTW was very filthy inside. We had to prop open the windows and seriously thought we would pass out before we reach. I got a severe headache later. Never will ever use this company again. I tried to get a resolution for the company. So far have not heard anything from them.
