3.00When we came out of the airport, there was no one waiting for us. When I called the company, I was told got bumped because of the delays at the passport control and customs. This was strange to hear, because the time it took us to clear both seemed average. Moreover, we were told the driver would be back in 20 minutes. We waited for 35. We were literally the only family at the airport who were not picked up by their rides. Their airport staff came to us several times, asking what was wrong. One of them even called the company herself to figure out what happened. The driver, however, was very nice. He even took us for grocery shopping at no extra charge on our way to the resort. But the extra 35 minutes we spent waiting for our driver was really not something you would want after you had already spent the whole day with small children flying into the Bahamas.

1.00I did not receive any communication about the name of the tour company or a meeting point. I have booked other transportation in the past an assumed the process would be similar. When we walked out of the airport there was no one with a sign for us, we went to every pick up point and asked, no one was there waiting for us. We tried the chat feature and no one answered. We finally gave up and took a taxi.
