What To Expect

Airport Arrivals: You will receive an email confirmation outlining the service details. Once you would have cleared Customs and immigration, please proceed to the exit of the terminal. Your chauffeur will then greet you at the exit of the terminal with your name on a sign. Once in car, You will be offered water, soft drinks or adult beverages depending on the vehicle booked. Your chauffeur will take a scenic route to your destination. You also have the option to stop to a grocery or liquor store for a 30 minutes complimentary. Because the grocery store stop is not automatic; AT THE TIME OF PICK UP PLEASE ADVISE THE CHAUFFEUR IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO STOP AT A STORE. Upon arrival to your destination, the chauffeur will assist you with your luggage and any passengers needing additional care exiting the vehicle. Cruise Port Pick ups: You will receive an email confirmation outlining the service details. Your chauffeur will greet you at the exit of the terminal main gates with your name on a sign. Once in car, You will be offered water, soft drinks or adult beverages depending on the vehicle booked. Your chauffeur will take a scenic route to your destination. Upon arrival to your destination, the chauffeur will assist you with your luggage and any passengers needing additional care exiting the vehicle.

I’ve used them for two trips to the Bahamas now and always very pleased. This time we had Adrian who picked us up and made a grocery stop. Going back to the airport Civian took us. Both were very professional and shared their knowledge of the island. Will continue to use them.

It was great to have our request honored to have our same driver as last year. Due to certain health issues, my patient does very well with familiar faces.. Fritz was our driver again this year and as always, great service. He helped get my patient get in the SUV and grabbed all of our luggage. We didn't have to lift a finger. My patient said, he felt safe with him driving, and was very comfortable. Highly recommended! Excellent service, per the usual!

My driver Ashton had an emergency so Simon’s transport scheduled a third party to pick me up. They sent this guy named Carligie, who was super unprofessional. He made fun of my accent and called me Harry Potter, and said to my partner and I that he could make a stop for an extra tip on the side. (Although he wasn’t allowed to make any stops). I was entitled to a stop that was included with the $125.00 that I paid, instead i was scammed. I feel very upset and will never use this company again for any of their services. Because it was a third party driver from an outsourced company, I was unable to even reschedule my 30 minute stop. Very disappointing, do not use them.

It was a smooth experience from start to finish. The car company and I communicated through the app and it could not have worked out better. They had someone at the airport guide us to our driver who took us in an impeccably clean and nice car to our destination at Atlantis. This app and the company we used are awesome! We weee sent a voucher ticket through the app that I could save to my Apple Wallet. Really a positive and safe experience!!!!! Thanks!

We booked with this company for airport pickup & drop off and both were flawless! During our ride to the Atlantis resort the driver educated us on the Bahamas, provided tips about our trip and ideas of places to go. He even drove through Arawak Key for us to see some good places to eat! In the pouring rain we stopped at a grocery store to grab some goodies and he walked each person in with an umbrella! Pickup for back to the airport was great as well; The Sprinter had cold drinks, our driver was early he and got us to the airport safely while we were all half asleep in the back exhausted from a great trip.
