Latecomers or No-Shows will not be refunded, and changes made within 24 hours may not be accepted.
If rain is expected, it is recommended to bring your own umbrella or raincoat just in case.
The tour may be canceled or postponed due to bad weather. A full refund will be issued in the event of cancellation.
Infants and children must be included in the total passenger count. According to the Taiwan law, children under the age of four are required to use a child safety seat. Please inform us in advance if you need one, and we will prepare it for you (An additional charge of TWD 300 may apply for each child seat).

What To Expect
Step 1 – Booking Confirmation Once your booking is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your transport details, including the departure time and meeting point in Sun Moon Lake. Step 2 – Meet at the Pickup Location On the day of departure, please arrive at the designated pickup location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Show your booking confirmation to the guide or driver for check-in. Step 3 – Departure from Sun Moon Lake After all passengers have gathered, the vehicle will depart from Sun Moon Lake and begin the journey toward Taipei. Step 4 – Arrival in Taipei The bus will drop passengers off at the designated location near Taipei Main Station, where you can easily connect to MRT, trains, or continue exploring the city.
