Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure. To respect all participants, the tour will depart on time. Late arrivals will not be accommodated. Thank you for understanding.
Latecomers or No-Shows will not be refunded, and changes made within 24 hours may not be accepted.
If rain is expected, it is recommended to bring your own umbrella or raincoat just in case.
The tour may be canceled or postponed due to bad weather. A full refund will be issued in the event of cancellation.
Infants and children must be included in the total passenger count. According to the Taiwan law, children under the age of four are required to use a child safety seat. Please inform us in advance if you need one, and we will prepare it for you (An additional charge of TWD 300 may apply for each child seat).

Terrible company, terrible customer service and will cancel pre-booked and paid for transfers.

1.00MY PRO GUIDE is a terrible company. Cancelled a pre booked and paid for private transfer. So the facts are - booked and paid for a transfer from Taipei to Sun Moon Lake $249 aud this was confirmed. Paid for the transfer as trains we booked solid as I found out about Grave Sweeping day. With the transfer for my family booked (3 of us) we flew into Taiwan. Four days before the transfer we are emailed by the company saying the transfer could be possibly canceled as not enough people (??) but could do the transfer the day prior. How they think this is an option when people pre book accommodation is beyond me. I stated that my booked was paid for and confirmed as was the accommodation so I could not change date or it would cost a lot of money. Replies to emails only came many hours after so don't expect prompt replies or anyone answering the phone. My next reply was the company asking me to cancel my booking which I was not willing to do as I was relying on the transfer. I stated I had no other way to transfer, this was only met with replies of "cancel now"... I did not, as I was not the person canceling I was the person intending on turning up for my transfer. The company ended up canceling my trip at 4 pm the day before our 9am pick up. Terrible company to deal with terrible communication, terrible service and would warn others that holiday plans will be broken on a whim by this company.
It was a great decision to join this tour instead of a fixed tour!

5.00At first, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I thought it was just a normal shuttle bus, but the experience quickly exceeded my expectations. It also includes a boat tour at Sun Moon Lake. Each part of the tour felt agreeable and good for photos. And I could have the freedom to explore nearby after the tour concluded. I ended up enjoying it much more than I thought I would.
