• For safety and rider comfort, the pedicab is recommended for a combined passenger weight of up to 700 lbs. The pedicab’s absolute maximum capacity is 850 lbs.

5.00Our family's tour with Barry was the highlight of our visit to DC. Even from the planning stages, Barry was super responsive and helpful in figuring out the best mode of transportation for us (traveling with two kids under 10). The tour itself was informative, fun, and flexible to deal with the cold temp, the wishes of our kids, etc. Barry included small souvenir gifts along the way to keep their stamina and we saw an incredible amount of monuments in a short time without exhausting our kids with walking. Highly recommend!

Worth every penny for the memories made. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting DC, especially for a first-time orientation to the city. It was a perfect blend of history and beautiful sights, and we learned a lot that we wouldn't have discovered on our own.

5.00BOOK THIS TOUR!! I can’t say enough about our guide Barry!! He was simply amazing!!! It was freezing the day we took our tour and he brought us a fluffy blanket and was soo accommodating, polite, funny, knowledgeable and quite the photographer!!! He also had fantastic communication even before we arrived to D.C!!

5.00Was thinking about renting 4 electric scooters for my family to finish viewing the monuments. However we were afraid to navigate the streets on scooters with limited knowledge of directions in DC. Came across Adventure DC Tours and hoped on a ride getting a great view of the remaining memorials we haven’t seen (Jefferson, MLK), a couple were didn’t even know about (George Mason, FDR). Our guide then dropped us right off our desired stop in Chinatown. He was very nice and knowledgeable and the rate was reasonable. It was nice letting someone more experienced navigate us on a great tour.

5.00Wow, my family loved it! Barry was an excellent guide. He was patient, kind, funny, flexible and super knowledgeable. We did the extended tour and he customized it for us. The tour was great for my in-laws who were in their 70s so too much walking would fatigue them quickly. He was able to drop us off as close as he could. Most of the time, in locations buses couldn’t get to. We had a great time. Oh, he takes great pictures!
