For Cruise port pickups meet and greet service is provided at the Cruise port pickup point with your name card . Then your private driver will take you to a Hotel/ accommodation in London or Heathrow Airport.

We provide meet and greet service at Heathrow airport with your name card. There are no extra charges for flight delays. Your driver will monitor your flight.

Price value showing here is per vehicle not per person. We have a range of vehicles such as Saloon, Estate, MPV, MPV+ and 8 seater vans to suit everyone.

Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

Waiting charges: 25 minutes free waiting time available from the time you request your pick up time at the Port/ Heathrow airport. Thereafter £12.00 charge applies for every additional 15 minutes. Hotel / Accommodation pick up : 10 minutes free waiting time available. Waiting charges, last minutes vehicle upgrade charges or Christmas day, Boxing day, New years day 50% surcharge is payable to driver as a cash payment.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

What To Expect

You will be provided with a chauffeur driven private car service from central London to Dover cruise port or hotels within 3 miles to the cruise port. You can arrenge one way or roundtrip transfer from and to Heathrow airport. Your driver will come inside to collect you from the arrival hall displaying your name board or ask you to meet him/her outside at the pickup point. Driver will help you with your luggage and drive you to your destination by using latest navigation system with live traffic information. Customers must choose pick up time wisely and provide all necessary details such as ship arrival time and disembarkation time during booking process. Passengers requesting pickup or drop off at Heathrow airport must provide their flight details. Time may take between 2 hours to 3 hours and 30 minutes to reach arrival hall depending your cabin location. This transfer is available for pickup or drop offs at Hotels near to Dover city center. London Vehicle tax is included in the price. There are no hidden charges.
