The tour was nice, staff were phenomenal. Some important things to note. They do not give enough information in English, they speak some English but we weren’t given as many details as we should have been. For example we knew snorkeling was included we did not know the first two stops were ONLY to snorkel and in English all they said was “be careful you can crash into rocks and the boat leaves for 30 minutes” they made it sound dangerous in English but after seeing it, it is was much safer and different than what had been described so we missed out due to not receiving full proper information. At the last stop you can go to the beach or the waterfall there is no time for both, even if you take an atv you only have the same amount of time as the walkers despite being told otherwise. The lunch was provided late at 5pm and it was rice and beans and a tortilla with no flavour (quesadillas). Overall you spend 8.5 hours on a boat with little time to actually do anything. Again the staff are wonderful, the waterfall was beautiful but overall wasn’t worth the time it took due to the miscommunications, lack of information, and lack of time for actual activities. We felt we wasted a day but again amazing staff.
