Your PADI Open Water Diver course at Blue Bay Dive will take only 2 days. Our team of PADI Dive Instructors teaches in different languages. During these 2 days you will do 4 Open Water dives on our beautiful house reefs. Moreover, Confined Water skills will be practised in our bay, right in front of our dive shop. The theoretical part of this course can be done through E-Learning, which can be done even before your holiday starts. Remaining theory will be taught in our classroom on the beach.

What To Expect
During the PADI Open Water Diver Course, you will do several Training & Open Water dives at the Blue Bay House Reef (The Garden & The Wall). Together with one of our instructors you will go over the theory and stap by step train you to become an PADI Open Water Diver!

5.00Blue Bay Dive was excellent! We had five adults signed up to take the PADI Open Water Diver Course. Lorenzo was our instructor, and he was so patient and knowledgeable. I struggled, and during the afternoon session he brought in another instructor to give me a private class. Kristina was very helpful and funny! In the end Scuba wasn't for me, but the other four all got certified. After, they were invited by Nika to help clean coral, which was a great experience. The entire staff was great and I would highly recommend them.

5.00We did our Open water course with Lorenzo and it was incredible. Lorenzo was very patient with all the exercises and explained everything very clearly. My girlfriend has contact lenses and was a little bit unsure if this would become a problem but Lorenzo assured it would be fine, and so it was. We are happy that we got our certification with Blue Bay Dive, highly recommended!

5.00Top experience. Friendly instructors, nice location. Barracudas, sea turtles and eels seen. Training padi open waters took 2 days, more than enough time to make it but also not to miss our flight with decompression period.

5.00This dive shop is great! I’ve been to a few dive operators over the last 25 years, and I really enjoyed my time with Blue Bay Divers. Very friendly, welcoming, and more than accommodating staff. My oldest did his open water certification with them, and had some kind of alleviate reaction to something in the air, but they were very patient, even gave him an extra day to work it all out. My other son and I did some shore dives with them and had a great time. Thank you to Nikka (special thank you), Nikolai, and Lorenzo (apologies if I misspelled any of your names).

5.00We made three dives with diving instructor Lorenzo 27-04-2025 he takes the time to go through some essential exercises beforehand including clearing the mask and miracle where I succeed now, this is also because of the calm Lorenzo radiates that gives a lot of confidence and peace you feel comfortable with him. Oh yes the dives were fantastic many special fish and marine life considering Lorenzo knows well where this is located and to indicate, in short and enjoyed it was a fantastic diving day.
