Experience how the table is arranged in a traditional Sri Lankan way. Taste / Enjoy the meal prepared. We are cooking our garden vegetables everything is organic. Also homemade spices.
We will show you how to make spices, You can also buy it if you want. We make this the happiest moment of your visit to Sri Lanka.

5.00The cooking class started with a walk through the organic garden with a lot of explanations about what we saw there. Then we started cooking, many different curries, spring hoppers and some desert. Really friendly family with a heart for cooking.

5.00Amazing experience and wonderful food. Kumara and his family are very knowledgeable and passionate about their homegrown ingredients and love to share this. Cooking together is so much fun and the food we made together is the best we've had in Sri Lanka. Definitely a must-do when in Sigiriya.

5.00Fantastic experience learning about organic growing and cooking in Sigiriya. The family is lovely and the food is delicious. We made three curries (Dahl, aubergine and pumpkin), sambal, string hoppers and dessert. This is the only fully organic cooking class in Sigiriya, so if you like your food poison-free this is the place to go. It was great to share in how the family live their lives and their values, as well as learn about the medicinal properties of the herbs, fruits and spices they grow. Not to be missed!
