5.00We booked the private Sound of Music tour that included driving in the mountains to the meadow where they filmed Do-Re-Mi. I cannot recommend this itinerary and Panorama Tours highly enough. If you’re traveling all the way to Austria, do it right and book one of these tours. Susie was our guide and she was wonderful. Exceeded expectations.

5.00Absolutely surpassed our expectations! Our guide was so good, knew the movie frontwards and backwards! Saw all the sites that they filmed in Salzburg. Even had one of the best apple strudels ever in Mondsee, where the wedding scene took place! If you have the chance take the tour!

5.00This was an amazing trip made enjoyable by our guide Alenka whose knowledge of both the film and the real story brought the trip to life. A tour of the memorable locations was enhanced as tales of the behind the scenes action added to the fun. It was also enjoyable to learn facts of the real story and how Hollywood chose to change things for the film.

Top quality experience, guide w/ 20+ years of experience, a contagious enthusiasm and exceptional knowledge, first class experience for my wife and I in a BMW 7 series. 5.00We had a fantastic tour with Evo navigating and driving and tour guide David. David really made the tour enjoyable with his enthusiasm and getting everyone to join in on the sing a long. It was amazing to get to see the locations from the film as well as finding out lots of facts anecdotes, we also had the added bonus of snowy mountains on our drive to Mondsee. All of my family thoroughly enjoyed the our trip. The trip is 4 hours but we felt it didn’t feel that long. The cost of the tour is worth it and this is a must for any Sound of Music fan.
