3.00This could well have been a "Not Recommended " rating because of a couple of things. First, no one was at hand to meet and greet us at the airport. We got a call with a " where are you, can you come out of the airport". Then a signal to make our way to where the taxis were. So had to lug our bags not to a car but a taxi ?? Had to double check that we would not be charged again ! The driver was polite enough but understandably sheepish after we questioned him about not meeting the experience we were expecting. We got to our hotel safely enough so that was good.

5.00Our transfer from the airport to our hotel was perfect!. Our driver, Jawad, was waiting for us as we came out of baggage claim with our name displayed so he was easy to find, and he was very patient and waited for us when our flight was delayed. He was very kind and courteous and a good driver.

5.00Good experience, driver was on time. I grabbed my luggage from the carousel and he had his phone up with my name on it. Easy to find! He the took my bag and I followed him to the car and off we went.
