5.00Today I enjoyed an electric bike tour of Xwédah (Ouidah), Benin 🇧🇯 — and it was SO much fun! 😄🚲🌊 Palm trees, ocean breeze, fresh fish, and beautiful scenery everywhere—what’s not to like? I toured a culture rich in tradition—especially voodoo, which is deeply rooted here—and visited the Door of No Return, a powerful reminder of Benin’s role in the transatlantic slave trade, where spirituality was a strong part of the history and resilience of the people. Grateful to meet such beautiful people, enjoy amazing food, and experience it all. 💛 The trip was amazing! My tour guide provided the full Ouidah experience. I had so much fun! And the place we ate was excellent! Because of the excellent service of Celesten, I will always have fond memories of Ouidah, Benin!
