By the campfire we cook nettle pancakes with homemade Kuusamo cloudberry jam. In very cold weather, we’ll cook an alternative snack by the campfire instead.

5.00We had a lovely time on our tour with Piritta. It was -17C out and Piritta always checked in on how we were doing and ensured we were keeping warm throughout. She was really informational with her tour as well which we really appreciated! We ended the tour with some waffles and really yummy homemade jams made by Piritta - thank you for the lovely day out Piritta!
