  This was an amazing tour as was our guide Lexi. She was very informative, knowledgeable, friendly and just precious. I would definitely do this tour again. It is great to be on a tour with a Local. We got to see Eagles, lots of star fish, went beach combing and found a peice of sea glass. 10👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 And my 7 yr old and I were running late due to the ship shuttles and Lexi picked us up at the Dock where the shuttles dropped us off otherwise we would have missed this wonderful experience.

  We had a wonderful experience and it made my daughter’s day possibly trip to see a bear pooping in someone’s yard! We were really close to missing our ship due to my poor planning and they were amazing at making sure we made it in time! It was such a relief and soo kind of them!

  We had to take the shuttle from our NCL Cruise to town and then had to walk several blocks in the heavy cold rain to the meeting point. We were totally soaked even with rain jackets & umbrellas. The least the tour guide could have done was to pick up those coming from the NCL cruise ship at where the shuttle bus drops off in town, especially when it is raining so hard. There was at least one other couple who came from the same ship who were also soaked. Both husbands walked with canes. Then the tour guide/driver scolded the other couple for not checking in with her first before getting in the van. She complained she was “standing in the rain waiting for them.” The van was small and difficult to get in & out especially for both husbands who had walking canes. Next the driver had to search through a pile of her child’s clothing to find her headset. When she found it, it was not charged. So she just started talking to us, charging it while she drove, but we could not hear her clearly. She then turned off the heater fan for us to hear, but now we had no heat & had to sit in the bus in our wet clothes for the next 2 hours. After driving 1 block, my husband insisted that he could not stay in this van any longer. She pulled over to let us out in the rain. There was no step stool & my husband slipped & almost fell. She was very unprofessional.

  Do not miss this tour! Our tour guide Johnny was great. He was very informative, took us to some of the most beautiful spots. Really enjoyable!
