We will meet our tour on dock 2 by the “ROCK” and from there we will go explore our beautiful city high lights before headed out the road!

Unfortunately we couldn't make this tour as our cruise ship was unable to dock in port due to high winds. We were gutted 😔 and even though there is a no refund policy if you cancel within 24 hours of the tour we got a full refund ( we cancelled 2 hours prior ) so ten out of ten to "Over The Top Tours" 👍

Tour was fine, tour operator very friendly. Did not see much wildlife, deceiving as they show the meadow with bears on the listing along with a bridge over the meadow, however you do not get to go on the bridge, that's an additional cost of $300 per person! Needless to say, there was one bear far away and could not really see him well.

Our guide took us to the best places in Ketchikan. We saw a bear in the wild eating salmon! We also saw the salmon run and a pretty waterfall.

While it was nice to chat with a local person (host) about the area, I wasn't expecting to pay the amount we did for the host to just drive us around to a few local spots in their truck.

Johnny was born and was raised in Ketchikan. He had a lot of stories about the history of the area and took us to places that others may not have been able to travel to. Was a great experience.

We got to see a black bear catch and eat a salmon from a stream, it was amazing! We also stopped by other points of interest but the black bear sighting was the highlight.

Nathan was our tour guide. He knew a lot about the area. We saw salmon running upstream which was amazing. It looked like hard work. We actually got to see a bear in someone’s yard!! We saw a creek that was pretty. We even saw some zipline stands way up in the trees; looked really scary. Then we went to a beach & walked out. We saw several star fish there. Then we saw a beautiful waterfall. E we truly enjoyed it.

Myself & My sister had a great tour with Nathan today, the fact he’s local, made all the difference. you can tell how much he loves where he lives, which gave the area even more charm. He took us to some pretty stops and was super informative AND he found us a beautiful 2 year old black bear that we watched fishing. A great short tour which was worth every penny. Thank you

Lexie (born and raised locally) was great and gave us lots of local info. She was accommodating to our needs (and wants). We were happy to see a bear, yay!! I would recommend this tour, it was a great value for the money for sure, and you felt like you know a bit more about this island afterward.
