Valencia is the birthplace of the world-famous paella - from the market to your plate, learn step-by-step how to make this traditional dish!
First, your local guide will take you to visit Mercado Central de Valencia - Europe's largest food market. Here, you'll buy your fresh ingredients. For evening tours and tours on Sunday, the Central Market is closed so we will skip this step and go straight to the cooking!
You’ll then go to the paella kitchen for a live paella workshop with a professional chef. Follow along step-by-step at your own cooking station and learn the local tips and tricks of what makes this dish so special.
After the class, sit back and enjoy some local tapas, wine and, of course, your very own paella.
Your paella cooking class Valencia finishes with a sweet treat before returning to the meeting point accompanied by the guide.

We had a total of 8 people in our group. Our chef, Reyes, greeted us at the meeting point and walked us through the local market. We then went to the kitchen and prepared paella. She walked us through each step. We had some tapas and wine throughout the experience. It was a lot of fun and I would not only recommend this tour, I would do this tour again!

We made the best seafood paella. The experience was perfectly studied and balanced in terms of flavors, wine, and food. We enjoyed the taps and wine which were perfectly paired and timed. Luna perfectly explained what we were about to drink and made sure to find some vegan taps options for me. It was an immersive experience and we had a lot of fun. Daniel was a great guide through our paella and its roots and we are now confident to go back home and surprise our friends with our paella, the real one of course. The experience was great also because the whole place was reserved for us, it started with appetizers and some cava wine and then proceeded to the kitchen where we made our paella step by step. We then proceeded to eat it with other wines and had a great dessert. The best cooking experience ever, fun and perfectly organized. Great wines!

Fun, entertaining and much more information than just a paella cooking class. Everyone should take this class.

Fabulous experience Reyes was friendly and knowledgable she was a great teacher who made it easy to make great Paella. We all had a cava and snack with the introduction and throughout the cook we tasted white wine and red with our Paella. Each group tasted each other's Paella and they were all delicious. The night was so much fun! A highlight of our trip through Spain.

An absolutely incredible experience that everyone should do. The food is amazing, the hosting is spectacular, and the overall feeling is incredibly positive and flawless. Would 100% do again and bring family and friends to do.

Dani and Michelle are just the best - Felt like we were with friends from the beginning. And the paella we made (even though we're certainly not the best cooks) turned out to be amazing.
