Valencia is the birthplace of the world-famous paella - from the market to your plate, learn step-by-step how to make this traditional dish!
First, your local guide will take you to visit Mercado Central de Valencia - Europe's largest food market. Here, you'll buy your fresh ingredients. For evening tours and tours on Sunday, the Central Market is closed so we will skip this step and go straight to the cooking!
You’ll then go to the paella kitchen for a live paella workshop with a professional chef. Follow along step-by-step at your own cooking station and learn the local tips and tricks of what makes this dish so special.
After the class, sit back and enjoy some local tapas, wine and, of course, your very own paella.
Your paella cooking class Valencia finishes with a sweet treat before returning to the meeting point accompanied by the guide.

Amazing experience! Not just a cooking class, but also shopping, wine tasting and tapas, too. The class itself was very organized and informative.

Just returned from a 14 day trek through Spain. As you can imagine we had many fantastic adventures, but our time at Paella Cooking Class was an absolute standout and our favorite activity. It was so great to have hands on experience cooking traditional Paella in such a friendly and professional atmosphere. I would go again and again!

Just do this experience. Juan and Luna are not just great hosts, but very knowledgeable on both how to cook a great paella and pair some lovely wines to go with it. If you are in. València, even just for a couple of days, you can miss this experience at your peril. Great day and a chance to meet and have fun with new people

The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. Victor gave us a mini walking tour of Valencia and we learnt a lot about the history from this short walk to the market. The market was great. The paella making was so much fun and so tasty! This was the highlight of our trip. We would fully recommend to anyone. Thank you Victor for making this a fun and memorable experience.

Juan was our guide for our Paella class and he was a fantastic chef and instructor. He gave us a lecture on the history of paella and walked us through every step of the way. Meanwhile Sofia kept our wine glass full and gave us some delicious tapas. We really had an amazing experience and recommend. The paella we cooked was delicious!
