Valencia is the birthplace of the world-famous paella - from the market to your plate, learn step-by-step how to make this traditional dish!
First, your local guide will take you to visit Mercado Central de Valencia - Europe's largest food market. Here, you'll buy your fresh ingredients. For evening tours and tours on Sunday, the Central Market is closed so we will skip this step and go straight to the cooking!
You’ll then go to the paella kitchen for a live paella workshop with a professional chef. Follow along step-by-step at your own cooking station and learn the local tips and tricks of what makes this dish so special.
After the class, sit back and enjoy some local tapas, wine and, of course, your very own paella.
Your paella cooking class Valencia finishes with a sweet treat before returning to the meeting point accompanied by the guide.

FABULOUS!!!! From the moment we entered the magical space our evening was great. We were greeted with champagne and paella stories of the past. The cooking experience was so fun and engaging. Dining on our own creations couldn't have been better. Highly recommend - kudos to Samantha and Daniel - you were amazing!!!

This is a MUST while you're in Valencia!! My 20 yr old son & I are from the US and are traveling throughout Europe - this hits at the top of all our experiences. So professionally organized yet feels like you're spending time with old friends - fun, high energy, and informative - not only of paella & wine but of so much more in the city. The class was a wonderful small group of people from various countries who we so enjoyed! We learned so much about paella, had wonderful food and conversations, and Megan went above & beyond in offering suggestions for the remainder of our stay. Top notch experience - we would have signed up for any other classes she offered had they been available. Truly memorable experience.

Chef was amazing giving a little history tour of the city while walking around. While we didn’t go into the market to see/purchase the food, it was still a great experience. Wine tasting, tapas tastings, and learning the pepper way to prepare a valencian paella were well worth it!

Very nice evening and good way to meet other travelers and learn something new about cooking. I didn’t do the market option because I wasn’t available early in the day but really enjoyed just the class with Juanjo instructing us.
