To access the venue everybody has to carry and official valid ID card (EU members ) or passport for security check. Driver's license is NOT accepted , basically the same documents accepted at the airports. . Any person without document will have the tour cancelled automatically without the right of refund.
Please arrive at the meeting point at least 30 minutes before the tour starts, we will need a bit of time to check you in , verify the ids/passports .

5.00The tour leader sent me a text on the morning of the trip with the exact location and timing of the meeting point which I found was really useful. You are not allowed to take any liquids into the Parliament building (water, hand sanitizers, sun cream etc.) but the tour leader let us store it in their office prior to leaving for the Parliament building. The tour itself was carried out by an official guide of the Parliament building and he was also great with good English as well as funny and informative. A must-see attraction in Bucharest!

5.00Make sure to read the email instructions from the operator. YOU NEED YOUR PASSPORT! Also, pay attention to the signs bc there are some places you can not take pictures.

5.00We could not find the meetingpoint, so the guide called us and and found us. The tour itself was informativ and very interesting. A must see for everyone visiting Bucharest! We had our child, who is 8 with us, and the guide was very sweet about it.

2.00The tour operator left much wanting in terms of communication! Did not send us any text or info about meeting 30 mins before or carrying passport! We reached 15 mins before our scheduled tour & there was none at meeting point We made our to palace & found him only to be told we can’t go in without passport! We asked if we could go on next one… were told he will check if any spaces & get back to us…. Will have to pay reschedule charges which we agreed! We waited patiently… he just left without telling us anything! We walked back to the office… only to see him getting into his car to leave!!!!!
