3.00My bike malfunctioned- and the chain fell off. Disclaimer: I’m not an experienced rider and the host/ guide only became attentive (after the group said to him- go back for her-she is struggling). When I caught up with them, they were explaining that they had to tell him to go back. If you haven’t ridden a bike- this will be hard for you, the riding over the hills; the distance it was HARD! Not recommended for beginners.

5.00Our guide Stefan gave us a great insight into the old town of Casto Viejo with a detour to the fish market and the beginning of the high-rise district. We received some information about the history and economy of Panama, as well as good restaurant tips. Perfect tour to start for a few days in the city. Thanks Stefan for the nice tour!

5.00This was a great bike tour with a great guide in Stefan. The ride was mostly flat but it was very interesting & Stefan was able to impart lots of little gems about Panama & life in Panama. I’ve now done a few bike tours on my travels & they always provide a different perspective.

5.00I had a wonderful experience in Casco Viejo on this bike tour. Going on the bike gives you the opportunity to see more but there are plenty of stops if you are not a seasoned cyclist. The guide, Stefan, was excellent! He was very knowledgeable and kind. He took me great stopping points for good pictures. As long as you can manage driving in a little bit of slow moving traffic, for a short bit, you will be fine and have a great time.
