5.00Biking around Casco Viejo was an amazing way to learn the history and see the sites. They provide you with a bike, a bottle of water, and multiple stops for a quick rest and historical conversation. You also get plenty of opportunities for capturing great photographs. Stefan was our tour guide and was very knowledgeable, personable, friendly, and kind. Would highly recommend anyone visiting Panama City to take this bike tour!

3.00My bike malfunctioned- and the chain fell off. Disclaimer: I’m not an experienced rider and the host/ guide only became attentive (after the group said to him- go back for her-she is struggling). When I caught up with them, they were explaining that they had to tell him to go back. If you haven’t ridden a bike- this will be hard for you, the riding over the hills; the distance it was HARD! Not recommended for beginners.
