We were waiting at the pick up place but the operator didn't show up. The tour was canceled after we waited for 30 min, totally waste of time and effort.

Richard was super everything! Not only was he a great driver. He was super knowledgeable about the history of Panama, very friendly and had great suggestions on where to go for fun, food, and shopping! He spoke fluent English and Spanish! He made us feel safe and comfortable with him to the point where we requested his service again for a second day! Lastly we feel like we made a friend and we will be looking forward to seeing him in Panama again and possibly even buying property with him!

My spouse and I had a wonderful time on our day trip with Richard. We had a grand time conversing with him and enjoyed the stories of the history of Panama. We rode on horseback in a serene and gorgeous part of the rainforest. Afterwards we went to a waterfall and dipped our feet in. Lunch at El Trapiche was delicious and it was even included in the package! We got to try some traditional Panamanian dishes which my wife and both enjoyed. 5/5 stars, I definitely will be booking again with this tour guide as he was amazing, very welcoming and so accommodating.

This was one of my favorite days in Panama!! Rico was amazing. He was so nice and thoughtful and truly made it a once in a lifetime experience. He went out of the way to make we were happy with the day. We went horseback riding in a beautiful area. If you are not very experienced horseback rider make sure you don't choose the advanced rider option. The lower level was enough for my family. We then went and got Panamanian takeout and went to a waterfall in the rain forest and swan and had our lunch. This was very surreal we were the only ones there. Thank you Rico We had a great time!

Like his company claims, Rich is a true concierge who assists his guests. All aspects of his service aim to ensure your experience is to the highest standard. Rich managed every aspect of our Panama horseback riding experience, including picking us up at one cruise ship port and delivering us back on time to another. We always have choices when selecting concierge tour guides, so I recommend you look no further than Rich.

Yesterday 4/13/2022 we went on this amazing experience, we had the best time ever, the horse ride was so fun and easy and comfortable, the guides were also the BEST, they both were extremely friendly and outgoing and very knowledgeable. They answered any questions we had and it’s definitely a plus that they speak English and Spanish PERFECT, my group had 4 of us, 2 who only spoke English 1 who only spoke Spanish and myself who knew both, so to hear them not leave anyone out and speak both English and then Spanish meant a lot to us. The horse ride down to the waterfall was a beautiful scenery and omg the waterfalls were the best, they let us swim for a little and took a lot of pictures for us too, then we headed back up to the ranch to eat lunch, and let me just say the food was AMAZING, definitely authentic Panamanian food and tasted delicious. The drive to and from the ranch was also fun because it’s all a 4x4 experience, it was bumpy but they still made sure we were as comfortable as possible. I’d definitely recommend this experience to everyone it’s something you don’t want to miss out on it’s a once in a life time experience. Thank you again to the both of you for bringing us on this adventure and we look forward to going again in the future.

This trip was not what I was expecting, which is not a bad things. This was the third "organized" tour I have taken on this trip to Panama. I have found the tours to be generally lackluster and the tour guides burnt out. This tour definitely breaks that mold. It is very different, a bit spontaneous, and definitely not for the faint of heart. It involves riding 1.5 hours on a VERY rough rocky road, 1.5 hours horseback riding to a waterfall, a nice snack, and then 1.5 hours return on that same very rough road. It is definitely a unique experience and not a typical tour in any way. If you want something different, you will get it with this tour. If you want relaxing and chill, I would take a bike tour instead. Richard is a great host with a lot of information and perfect English.
