What To Expect

Las Islas Ballestas

Tour to the Ballestas Islands we will board a speedboat with 02 outboard motors, which will appreciate "El Candelabro" from which the guide will narrate the different hypotheses about its formation and then they will take us to the wonderful Ballestas Islands, the most important nature sanctuary of the Peruvian coast, and we will observe sea lions, bobo, pelicans, penguins and other marine birds.

Ballestas Islands are beautiful. The guide was excellent and explained to us about the Ballestas Islands and their history of birds, candelabras in sand formation.

We visited the Balletas Islands, there were sea lions, penguins, different guano birds, candelabro, a different story from the Nasca lines.

Nice tour, but quite massive. Even outside the main season. Boats fairly full, but that also pressures the price. You pass a beautiful coastline. After a few nautical miles you arrive at a 180 meter high “drawing” in the sand of a candlestick or cactus. From 200 years BC. Then you sail on to the balledtas islands, with lots of birds, sea lions and penguins. A beautiful experience.

We traveled with my family, we booked a tour to Ballestas Islands, Yakupark, the office is centrally located, close to all the activities we want to book.
