Smaller beach , not crowded. We relaxed on the beach, did a bit of snorkeling and saw several sea turtles and other things. Food was decent.

Very sad excursion. Very disorganized. 30 minutes late on departure. Very sad looking Paradise! Will not recommend. Paid for a family of 5.

The best part was the bus driver. He picked us up on time, he was very nice and did a great job giving us historical information of the island on our ride. The snorkeling was fun. We did it with a guide who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Only downside was the weather wasn’t too good, it was windy and cold so we didn’t do the other activities. Also, the included lunch options were very limited.

A very smooth, well-organized excursion. The workers had all our names, trip info, and package details. Our family of 2 adults, a teenager, and a 10 year old enjoyed the trip. I was concerned we wouldn't be able to find the driver/shuttle since we've never been to Freeport before and is don't know where pickup would be, but when we got off the ship right before 9am, we followed the signs for "Shore excursions" and saw a man holding a sign with "Crystal Cove Snorkel", so that was easy and straightforward . The bus ride over was calm and smooth, we were packed in tightly, but no problems. The driver, Dwight, was friendly and informative about the island. We snorkeled and saw fish, turtles, and a sting ray! We did rent wetsuits since there was a cold front that day. They only had short wet suits, but they were helpful since it was cold (about 65 degree Fahrenheit high for the day due to wind). The facilities were all clean and well-kept. There were clean restrooms and dressing rooms, the eating area was clean and neat. No complaints at all over the condition of Paradise Cove. It was a well-kept and well-run establishment. There were people who booked through TripAdvisor and other travel bookings present. We also purchased some food: hamburger, grilled conch, rum cake, and chicken wings. The food was reasonably priced and satisfied our hunger. It was nothing "special", but it wasn't bad either. We like the grilled conch and rum cake the most.

At the beginning it was a little unorganized… not enough bus space for all the guests. Had to wait for another taxi to arrive. Took away from the time we should’ve been at the location.

Pick up was so easy! We were met right at the cruise ship and were headed to Paradise Cove within minutes. Drop off was equally as seamless. Our driver worked with us to be sure we were comfortable with the time of our drop off. All staff was friendly and helpful. They had great snorkel equipment that was ready to sign out. The artificial reef was our favorite! We saw a sea turtle, puffer fish, and so many others! Location was a little smaller than we expected, but it made it easy to keep our eyes on the kids. Food was simple burgers and dogs. It did take awhile to get our food as they cook to order. There was a lot of organized chaos during check in, but we were able to figure out the details and had a great time overall! Highly recommend!

A very enjoyable beach day with friendly staff. The snorkeling was great and we saw many colorful fish and coral. Our driver, Mr. Parker, was a very kind man and made the 25 minute journey to the beach from the cruise port very entertaining.
