What To Expect
We pick-up from all locations on the island of St. Thomas. This booking is for one-way private transport Cyril King Airport to Margaritaville Vacation Club and Resort or other resorts, Airbnb's in the area. To do a round-trip booking, rebook the same listing and let us know departure details. We will send all the driver details via a message on Viator/Tripadvisor prior to your arrival. Airport Pick-ups: Your pick-up location will be outside the Cyril E. King Airport baggage claim glass doors. Your private driver, will pick you up outside Baggage Claim. The driver will give you a call or text on landing. Due to construction at the Cyril E. King Airport, if traffic makes it possible, the driver will have a digital sign with your name on it. Please note that our small, but mighty airport is under construction. We ask for your patience as sometimes our drivers are asked to move their vehicles and they may be delayed as they drive around to make way for the construction vehicles. The wait may be 10 to 15 minutes. The driver will make every effort to contact you, to let you know. Hotel Pick-ups: The driver will meet you in the lobby, in front your villa, condo, Airbnb at the reserved time. Ferry Pick-ups: The driver will meet you in front of the Ferry Terminal/ Marina upon arrival. Transport to the Margaritaville Vacation Club and Resort will be anywhere between a 30 to 35 minutes depending on traffic and place of pick-up. We will: Stop At: Margaritaville Vacation Club and Resort Duration: 30-35 minutes

5.00We choose Paradise Taxi using viator before we came. We did the airport transportation and a 6 hour tour and had a great time with our tour guide Sam. We stopped in blackbeards castle along with other sightseeing places. It was so much fun and we really enjoyed our selves. We gave his van a 5 star as it was all leather inside and pristine and smelled like coconuts haha, his personality was great and very accommodating and the tour was super over all. Our airport transfer was good as well. We felt safe and he handled all our baggage. We will use them again when we come back.
The transportation was not what I booked.

1.00Please do not use Paradise Taxi, this service is over priced. My family and I paid double the amount of what the Hotels suggested taxi rate should be for transportation to & from the airport. When I reached out to them via viator, I was told by a rep that they would work with me to fix the matter and two days later, I received an email stating that they could not reverse the charge (I did not use the return service as I was under the impression it was canceled).

4.00Mike was an excellent driver and avoided all the traffic and crowds. His skill navigating the winding hills was amazing. I would have given a rating of 5 except we couldn't find the car when we left the baggage Mike had texted me earlier to say he was waiting in the parking lot and described his car. The parking lot was very crowded and we must have walked right past him.. i had to call him and he finally found us. It turns out he had put his cell phone sign in the window and we didnt see it. We are accustomed to havinfg the driver greer us with a big enogh paper sign with our name on it so we would see him right away. After a long flight and a long wait for luggage the last thing we wanted to deal with was this inconvenience. I woul
