Lift ticket for the Elferbahnen is not included. Cost of the lift ticket: 10.60 euros.
What To Expect
We meet at our information booth at the Elferliften in Neustift im Stubaital, Moos 14. Then we ride together with the lift up to the starting point on the mountain (lift ticket is not included in the price). You are welcome to ask questions while riding the lift. The pilot will be happy to answer all your questions. Once at the top, you will receive a safety briefing. We will provide you with the equipment for the tandem flight. At takeoff we walk a few steps and we take off smoothly. You are comfortable and enjoy the wonderful view of the mountains in the Stubai Valley. You feel freedom and adrenaline pours through your body. Flying is just fun. We're in the air for between 10 and 18 minutes. The landing is also quite relaxed. We land in a wide meadow. After your action-packed tandem flight, you will receive your individual flight diploma from us. We are state-certified pilots and have completed over 25,000 tandem flights. With us you are just right to experience your paragliding adventure. We look forward to flying with you!

5.00First off, I am not an adrenaline junky in any way. I stand next to the side of a railing in a mall and l get a little light headed... here's my take on paragliding with Lorenz at Fly Stubai for whom 5 stars are certainly not enough. (1) Leading up to the flight, I was nervous. I found the the gondola ride unnerving as we ascended higher and higher, knowing I was going to paraglide down. (2) The thing i did NOT expect was that as soon as the paraglider wing takes over aned you are set in the harness, the fear fades away. It feels natural, like how a bird might feel and my attention was 100% on the snow capped mountains and incredible detail of seeing the trees and rock faces from such a beautiful perspective. (3) Lorenz is one of the most experienced paragliders in the world and honestly, is underpaid for how good he is. I simply had no question that he had the experience and judgement to ensure 100% safety. I initially requested as smooth a ride as possible, but by the end I was cheering for some mild acrobatics to finish off the 20 minute flight. So, going from almost cancelling the event the night before because the thought of running off the side of a high mountain just seemed to anxiogenic, to putting my full faith in Lorenz and having a thrilling and thoroughly enjoyable paragliding trip, it was a positive surprise throughout.

5.00Lorenz and Rouven flew our family safely and sooo friendly through the wonderful winter landscape from high above! We all had a lot of fun and felt safe and in good hands at any moment. Next year there's the second round😀! THANK YOU !!!

5.00My husband and I booked paragliding with Fly-Stubai -- my husband because he has no fear and couldn't wait to experience it, and me because I really wanted to do it even though I have a terrible fear of heights. Honestly I didn't know if I'd be able to go through with it, but once we got to the meeting point and understood how it worked and saw the amazing beauty of the Alps surrounding the beautiful valley, my fear was better. Lorenz, the owner, has many years of experience and made sure I felt comfortable. He was my "pilot" and my husband had his partner (sorry, I forgot his name). The entire experience, from beginning to end, FAR exceeded both of our expectations! It's an amazing thing to do and absolutely no problem if you have a fear of heights. While you're flying, there is nothing but peace, and joy and amazement at the gorgeous views and realizing that you are flying like a carefree bird and taking it all in. If you have any doubts - STOP! Just do it, and do it with Lorenz and Fly-Stubai. I can't imagine anyone else being better.
No problem even with a wheelchair!
