Great experience. Felt very safe and they made it very easy and fun. Would have liked an extra “dip” for fun but it was as promised and I loved it.

Very professional, friendly. Easy to find. We made it a point to hang out at the sapphire beach before and after. Made for a very fun day!

Jay and Max were awesome. My teenage kids flew and had so much fun! They were clear and communicative and as the mom, I felt they had everything handled! I highly recommend.

Loved it! Had a blast and a wonderful experience. We ended up having to reschedule because of the weather and it turned out to be a perfect flight. Thank you!! Would totally book again.

The staff were very rude very rude to my friends and I. Barely helped us at all with our ride and barely had us in the air for pre than a minute. Mind you there was another family there who also noticed the treatment towards my friends and I. Will not recommend to anyone in the further future.

This was so much fun. I'm 49 years old and never parasailed. I've never been able to through the cruises due to being "too heavy" based on their weight requirements when booking through a cruise. I am 324lbs and 6'4" tall. I reached out to the company prior to booking and confirmed there were no concerns or weight limits. As it turned out, there was nothing to worry about. The only issue is that 2 of us could not go together and that was a bit of a bummer but the cruise and the experience were worth it. This is proof you don't need to be below 250lbs to parasail..... I 100% recommend this company. The only unpleasant part was getting from the cruise terminal at Crown Bay to Sapphire Beach. There are cabs that go, but they are group routes and take 30-40 minutes. If you are in the back they are pleasant, if you are in the enclosed van or truck they are a bit stuffy and tired. We paid $17 p/p each way for the cab so factor that into your cost when planning this excursion.

If you have never gone parasailing, and even if you are afraid of heights, you need to try this. The crew makes certain that the equipment is 100% safe; there's nothing to top the feeling of sliding backwards across the deck on your rear end then soaring 400 feet in the air. Once you are airborne, you just peacefully float and take in the spectacular view.
