What To Expect

You will arrive at the Parasail Boat at boat slip N-28 at Sapphire Beach Marina. PLEASE ARRIVE 15-20 MINUTES AHEAD OF YOUR SCHEDULED TIME. THE BOAT WILL LEAVE AT THE SCHEDULED DEPARTURE TIME. Once the waivers are completed the captain and crew will go over a safety briefing and then take you out to the ocean where they will inflate the Parachute and you will get an 8-10 minute parasail ride. Once everyone has parasailed you will return back to the dock.

My wife booked this event before we knew she was pregnant. At the time of booking, the description stated it was “not recommended for pregnant women,” which suggested participation was allowed at one’s own risk. A few hours before the scheduled time, we were informed that pregnant women are not allowed to participate, despite having asked for clarification a week in advance. When I called to discuss making the description clearer for future customers, Mike responded defensively, stating that third-party listings were not under his control and that “not recommended” effectively meant not allowed. Mike’s defensive attitude right at the start of and throughout the conversation along with his lack of professionalism was disappointing. We did receive a full refund, but the experience left a negative impression. This review is not about the activity itself, but about communication and customer service. Please keep this in mind when booking.

Jack and Chris are honestly the coolest and funniest guys you could meet out there. They made the whole parasailing process super smooth, and you can tell right away you’re in really good hands. We got amazing air time, and the ride out and back basically felt like a fun, free speedboat ride on its own. They also took a bunch of free pics and videos for us while we were up in the air, which we totally appreciated. If you’re a first timer or even a little nervous about parasailing, seriously don’t be — it’s the smoothest and easiest ride up and down, and such a great way to enjoy St. Thomas from above. And big thanks again to Jack for taking us out on his birthday. Happy birthday, Jack!

Safety was of utmost importance. The guys were very attentive to all passengers as well. The directions to the boat are in need of improvement, the kid at gate wanted money for information when we asked where the parasailing is. Google maps took us to the wrong side of the dock. Signs would be helpful. I was feeling a little sea sick mostly when in the air and when coming down. The boat ride was good and felt better on the boat after our sailing.

I'm afraid of heights but this was not terrifying, the crew of 2 (sorry, can't remember names), explained in detail how it was going to happen and I felt totally secure when they had us ready to go. It was easy peasy to get launched off the back of the boat and the landing back on the boat was effortless. I only wish I could have sailed longer, it was so peaceful up there. Very professional guy and gal in charge. Absolutely would do it again, in a heartbeat. I'm 64 with 2 knee replacements and it was a joy.

My fiance and I had an amazing time. It was my first time parasailing and the guys made it super comfortable and fun. We were the only ones that booked that time slot so we had the entire boat to ourselves. The view was amazing leaving Sapphire Beach Marina. 10/10 recommend these guys! The footage they captured of us were great too and very much appreciated. They sell water proof phone cases and also offer photo/video packages. Must do if you're in St Thomas!!

Top thing to do! if you have never done this before, even if you are afraid of heights-choose this experience. Outstanding service- super friendly and fun, made us feel safe and comfortable. The views are breath-taking and the sensation of floating in the quiet is at once both exhilarating and very peaceful. Afternoon on a Saturday felt like we had the world to ourselves. Can't say enough to explain how beautiful it was and how fun the guys made the whole trip.
