From the moment she arrived in Paris, Emily Cooper fell in love with the city — and one of the first things she discovered was the simple pleasure of a fresh, buttery croissant from a Parisian boulangerie. Now it's your turn. In this 2.5-hour hands-on class, a professional Parisian pastry chef guides you through making the perfect croissant from scratch — mixing the dough, learning the technique of lamination, then shaping your own bi-color croissant. Bold, playful, and completely yours. No experience needed. The whole experience takes place in a chic, fully themed Emily in Paris kitchen — neon lights, Parisian décor, branded aprons — with Emily in Paris conversation cards and a curated playlist setting the mood as your croissants bake. When they come out of the oven golden and fresh, you'll snap your Polaroid and step back out into Paris with a box of croissants and a very good story.

Our chef, Sarah was a joy—clear, funny, and incredibly patient. Learning the folds felt like stepping into my own little Emily in Paris moment, especially when we started shaping the beautiful bicolor red croissant. When it came out of the oven, it looked unreal—glossy, flaky, and almost too pretty to eat. Sarah wrapped everything up by giving us printed photos from the workshop, and we walked out with our pastries tucked into these adorable branded tote bags that made the whole thing feel even more Parisian.

This was such a fun and genuine experience. The chef was welcoming and made the whole process easy to follow. We even made red croissants, which looked amazing and tasted just as good! Rolling the dough, shaping the pastries, and smelling them bake was honestly the highlight of my trip. I’ll never look at a croissant the same way again.
