My family were the only ones on this tour for that day. Felt like a private 1 on 1 tour of Montmartre. I could listen to our guide Loik talk about Paris all day long. He is knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about Montmartre, art, and history. I would suggest before going on this tour to go to the Musée d’Orsay because it really ties together with what Loik goes over and talks about. Felt like that was a wonder 1-2 combo that made our experience that more enriching. The places we ate along the way were some of the best chocolate and macarons in all of Paris. This tour is a must for art/hisotry/sweets and treats lovers.

We had an unforgettable experience on the Pastries and Tragedies tour in Montmartre! As a family of three, we lucked out with a private tour—just us and the guide, who also happens to be the business owner. His deep knowledge of the area and captivating storytelling made every stop memorable. We indulged in an incredible array of treats: rich chocolates, delicate pastries, standout macarons (honestly better than many we tried elsewhere in Paris), merveilleux, éclairs, jams, jellies, and cookies. Every bite was delicious, and yes—we brought some goodies home! The walking route was well-paced but covered a good stretch of Montmartre, so comfortable shoes are a must. Ending at the iconic Sacré-Cœur was a perfect finale. We even managed a quick visit inside thanks to a short online booking. The guide also shared excellent lunch and dinner recommendations, and we enjoyed a fantastic meal at Maime Colette based on his tip. This tour was a highlight of our trip—educational, delicious, and full of hidden gems we wouldn’t have discovered on our own. Highly recommended!

Our guide, Loik, was a true Parisian. He was born in Paris - as were his parents and grandparents. He was extremely knowledgeable of French history and presented it by telling intriguing stories. He also has a passion for and knowledge of wine! The pastries and chocolates on the tour were delicious! The tour was the perfect way to experience Montmartre - even if you have been here before.

Montmartre is charming and steeped with history of artists. Loik Hommit made our day, with his vast knowledge of the history of Montmartre, Paris and all the artists that lived and worked there. We enjoyed famous patisseries, chocolate shops and the cobbled stone streets. The vibe is artistic, cozy, and Loik was full of Parisian charm. Definitely worth a tour while you're in the city!
