It is like a bus which is fine. The view was excellent. The enter and exit was fine. It was very close to our hotel.

Read a couple of bad reviews about this service but this was certainly not our experience. Great way to see the sights in Paris, Could not recommend it more. The staff were friendly and helpful, the boat easy to board , came along frequently. Well worth the money.

This a water bus service so you won't get a history as you go. However it is great for getting a round. Access onto to boat is good but at most stops there will be stone steps to street level. Seating is usually the hard plastic variety. Information is given in French and English so you know which stop is next and usually there is a map on display. The cost €23 for a 24 hour ticket, it's not a 24 hour service and they tell you what time the last boat sets off. It's on €3 more for 2 day ticket. Really enjoyed this service and you get good views from the river.

Great solution for a rather short visit to Paris. Hop on and off wherever you want, for 24 hours with a ticket!

Trio was cancelled due to high water levels. I was emailed told a refund would be issued. 6 weeks later still no refund and no response to my email.

Wonderful way to see the city sites of Paris with less walking and without taking the train. Very convenient for families with members very young to very old.

Ahh, Paris! This a great way to see landmarks from the Eiffel Tower to Notre-Dame. Hop On and Hop Off at your leisure. We were able to see so much we might have missed otherwise.

Such a fun way to see the city. We especially liked the guides for each stop and followed a few of the recommendations.

Nice experience but need better tour audio guide. Earplugs was great but I would recommend a live person giving a tour.

This is a great concept but I can’t recommend very highly. The idea of going by river and being able to get off and on is a wonderful idea, however the reality is they do not provide a set time when they arrive. So we spent 1 hour waiting the first return even though the agent there said 20 minutes. Second night we waited 1:15 and they never showed up so we caught the metro. I’m trying to be fair, we are here in shoulder season and they are not running as many boats. However this was a huge time waster for our limited time in Paris. People with children it was especially painful wait time. Also, no toilets on boat and no recommendations on nearby ones. It needs work, just coming off Uber Boats in London, this really fell short.
