What To Expect

Operating Schedule:From April 27 to September 21, 2025, service operates from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM from Sunday to Wednesday, and from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM from Thursday to Saturday. From September 22 to November 2, 2025, the boats operate daily from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. From November 3, 2025 to March 31, 2026, boats run from Monday to Thursday between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, and from Friday to Sunday between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM. The first departure of the day is at 10:00 AM from the Eiffel Tower stop. The last departures vary depending on the day and season, between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Boats circulate regularly throughout the day, with an average wait time of 25 to 30 minutes between stops. You are free to board at any of the nine stops, without a fixed departure time. The journey can begin from any stop, not only the Eiffel Tower. On July 14 (French National Day) , the last departure is at 5:00 PM

1.00The Batobus wasn’t running when we showed up at the stop near our hotel. There was no notification at the dock. When we returned to hotel, we looked on their website and found that no boats were running.

5.00It is very practical because you travel along the Seine while going to the most interesting sites. The price is fair, punctual and the staff is very friendly. Besides, if it rains, don't get wet.

1.00Hours of operation were not as advertised on website, and not able to use as a result. Viator deferred to operating company, re: decision to honor versus decline our request for a refund, which they denied. Viator displaced blame onto the company, despite it being their (Viator’s) website/app advertising the business’s hours of operation. Overall, Viator was extremely unpleasant and not anywhere near as user friendly as other comparable travel apps, such as Get Your Guide (spend your money there, not on Viator).

5.00Great experience to discover Paris otherwise! 🚤 The hop-on hop-off concept is super practical: you can go up and down whenever you want, at the foot of the most beautiful monuments. The Seine offers an incredible view, it is quiet, pleasant and perfect for a break between visits. The boats are comfortable, well organized and the staff is friendly. Frankly ideal for tourists and to rediscover Paris without stress. I recommend 100%

5.00Warm indoor space which was perfect for our winter visit. Easy to navigate and convenient to visit all the wonderful sites along the river. Frequent enough schedule that we didn't feel waiting time was too long. Shame the outdoor deck area was quite small, so it made taking photos a bit of a shuffle with other passengers.
