Your ticket is valid for 24, 48, or 72 hours upon first validation, and you can hop on and off the bus as many times as you like within the validity period. If you are traveling with children, our child-friendly channel is available in French and English.

What To Expect
Duration:2 hours
Operating Schedule:You can redeem your ticket and start the tour at any of the bus stops. Mobile tickets are accepted on board. Buses run daily from 9:30am to 6.30pm from April to October and from 9:30am to 5.00pm from November to March. Frequency at the stops is every 15 minutes. Upon first validation on board the bus your ticket is valid 24, 48 or 72 hours according to the option chosen. We highly recommend customers to download the Tootbus app to follow the buses in real time, see the points of interest, access the audio commentary and enjoy self-guided walking tours.

5.00We were staying near the first stop on the tour so easy to find. It was busy Easter weekend but all the buses we took had space. Commentary was informative. We chose the optional Seine cruise. It was a little difficult to work out where it was from - Vedette de Paris and we just had to scan bus tickets. Nice way to see the city.

5.00Excellent experience for us. Bus drivers were courteous and helpful. You should opt for the river Seine cruise, it was quite spectacular viewing the landmarks from a river perspective. Our river tour guide Miriam was excellent.

3.00They were no listing as to here the hop on hop off bus pickup locations are . I contacted Viator and they did NOT contact me back. I even contacted the vendor directly abd they did not respond until much too late. The hotel ended up helping. You need to list the pick up Locations. Exacyly .

4.00We bought the TOOTBUS 48 hour hop on hop off bus tour with the seine river cruise. The first day went smoothly as we got on right after our Louvre visit and the bus was easy to spot. We loved the audio guide and found it extremely informative. The second day however we did run into some issues with scanning our tickets and it seemed the tour operators have never heard of Viator. They wanted us to pay an additional 6 euro each. After numerous calls with the supervisor and holding up the passengers at the bus stop, we got new QR code tickets and were let on. As a frequent traveler this has never happened to me with a viator tour and it freaked me out a bit. The other thing I will note is there wasn’t much information for what day the river cruise was, where to meet, what times they operated, etc. We had to get this information from a tootbus operator and I wish viator provided more details ahead of time.

1.00Very disappointing! While we were waiting for our Tootbus, four buses from the GROẞen competitor already passed half full. Unfortunately we were not allowed to board the next crowded tootbus and had to wait another 15min for the next one. On the deck, the audio guides were defective in at least ten seats, which meant that passengers had to constantly transfer during the journey. But when it was possible, there was poor audio accompaniment with large pauses in between. Not recommended!
