1.00This was was a HUGE disappointment, we bought tickets that meant we wouldn’t have to queue WRONG! We queued for over an hour, inside the Palace was filthy and so many people you couldn’t see anything they let in hundreds plus pushchairs, you are literally shoulder to shoulder with people jostling to get through, pieces of art hung with no descriptions, ceilings of art badly needing cleaning no organisation just get as much money as they can and no thought about the experience, would NEVER go again or suggest this place to others. Outside, the buildings are in excellent condition but not one fountain working, so what did we pay our money to see….NOT A LOT! Far too many coaches allowed in carrying far too many people. Such a shame with a bit of thought this could be a gem.

1.00i never got my ticket so i never got in. the viator staff was not helpful and i could not understand most of the conversation. I got email stating go here to get ticket and each time I went the first words at the top of the page were "this is not a ticket"

2.00The first error was that they gave us tickets for an hour after the time i purchased and they didn’t mention anything. The audio package was mid, there were only 3 parts in it. And there’s priority access included but literally you just go in the regular entrance with everyone else which is very long, so it’s a waste of money. I suggest getting there an hour before your ticket time bc the lines are very long. over priced for no reason, just get the tickets from the versailles website.

1.00They sold us a tour on a holiday and requested we change the date. They then sent me 2 confirmation emails before my trip with the original time and date making me think it had been changed back. I then was unable to go to my tour and they refused to give me a refund.

1.00DO NOT BUY!! This place is not accepted at the palace. I bought the “skip the line” passes which was rejected by the palace. They said they do not acknowledge this ticket. Unless you buy directly from the palace, the skip the line ticket will not be accepted. Also, the recording/tour guide was terrible and incomplete. Instead you should buy from the actual palace. It was 6 euros and very detailed/complete set.

1.00The Palace of Versailles is great. Buying the tickets for a specific time is what we picked. They did not send tickets for the time we choose but 3 hours after. We ended up renting a golf cart to tour the gardens while we waited. I would have bought them from another company had I known they wouldn’t not honor what I ordered.
