  My friends and I decided to do the free distillery tour as well as the craft your own gin activity add on, and they were both so fun and engaging! You can tell that everyone working there really cares about the craft and is passionate about teaching others. Our guide Grace was really wonderful and made it such a fun experience for us, she was awesome!!

  Thanks to for a very informative and fun tour! Tahlia was very knowledgeable and explained the distilling process exceptionally well! I can thoroughly recommend the spirit tasting. They know how to make a lovely drop!

  Great tour with our guide Tahlia! It started on time, and we were even able to walk around with drinks from the restaurant! She was super knowledgeable and insightful. It covered all steps and areas of the distilling process. I was very impressed and would go back! The tour was 20 minutes ( free) and the tasting 15 minutes. Would definitely go back, and recommend to anyone in the area !!

  After doing a bit of online research, we already knew we wanted to try Park Distillery for dinner… then we discovered they offer a free distillery tour with a $15 per person tasting. How could we possibly say no to that? Annie was absolutely incredible — a real gem. Her knowledge, enthusiasm, and genuine passion for what Park Distillery creates made the whole experience so much fun. We learned tons about their production process, but also about how deeply they collaborate with local businesses to support the community. Their gins, vodkas, and especially their maple whisky are well worth trying. The maple whisky completely won me over — to the point where I ended up taking home a big bottle! It’s also the cheapest to buy directly from the distillery, and as a bonus, you get a discount if you’ve done the tour. A total win-win. Their floral gin and chilli vodka deserve special shout-outs too. Honestly, it was hard not to love everything we tasted — their spirits are so clean, smooth, and dangerously easy to drink!

  We enjoyed our Park Distillery tour! Afric was amazing — fun, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. The tasting was great, and the tour was the perfect add-on to our Banff trip. Highly recommend!

  Aifric was an ABSOLUTE delight! So impressed that she has only been at Park for a short time and was very knowledgeable. She made all the learning about the distilling processes really interesting and was very interactive! I attempted to do the tasting turns out wasn’t for me but she was very good about getting me to try new things and was understanding when I just wasn't my thing. The other couples in the group really enjoyed the tasting overall it was a great experience!

  The tasting was amazing! I was really surprised how tasty their whiskey and vodka was. And the food was really good too! Rori did a great job explaining their distillation process and the restaurant server Penny was nice.

  So much fun ❤️. We took a tour where we got to ask questions and then got to do 4 tastings of whichever liquors they made. The guide was really interesting and I added on a make your own gin experience.

  Our gal - had only been there for 3 months and she knew SO MUCH about the distillery. You can tell she enjoys her job and gave great recommendations for drinks. The Maple Syrup, yum.
