  This was my second time to Park Guell. It is a lovely place with a beautiful view of Barcelona. My first time here I learned so much about Gaudi and what influenced his design. This time I shared it with more of my family. This is a destination that shouldn’t be missed in Barcelona.

  An interesting place to visit. A lot of uneven steps for those who need to know that but also a lot of flat areas. The guide was very knowledgeable and we all enjoyed the beautiful day in Park Guell. We thought going in January it would not be so crowded but it was still hard to get tickets so plan ahead no matter what time of year you go.

  Excellent tour- the guide Raoul was knowledgeable and shared personal stories. Park is beautiful. Make sure to arrive at correct entrance to park or you could risk being late.

• Horrible experience with tour company at Park Guell

  Horrible experience with tour company, 4UBarcelona. After arriving 12 minutes late due to bad traffic, we tried to call the tour company to see what we could do. After 2 calls with no answer, we received a text saying that we were out of luck and that all had been forfeited with no refund. They would not speak to us. While I would not expect them to wait for us, I would expect some sort of help, like sending just the entrance tickets or giving us some sort of chance to reschedule. Based on this experience I would not use 4UBarcelona for this tour or any others. Rather than help their customers they are very quick to drop you and keep your money, without help of any sort.
