1.00We weren't able to get to this tour due to a four country power outage. Barcelona was a mess, trains/trams weren't running, ATM were shut down, and without currency taxis, Uber, simply wouldn't let you ride. We tried to get both Viator and the company they partner with (4UBarcelona.com) to understand the unique situation this power outage created. We simply could not get to the site to take the tour. Yet, this didn't seem to matter in their perspective. No refund was provided. We were loyal users of Viator on a regular basis. We have since moved our business to "Get Your Guide", and to date have been pleased with the way they do business.
