Wacky Walks in Pittsburgh is a royal themed scavenger hunt done using an app on your phone! During the game you will hunt for items around the city to gain points. Another way to earn points is by completing wacky challenges. There will be a King or Queen amongst your group in which you will compete for throughout the course of the game. The objective of Wacky Walks is to gain as many points as you can and hold on to your King/Queen title for as long as possible. Wacky Walks is not timed, so you can take as long as you'd like to complete it and can do it in any area of the city you choose. During the game, you'll have a remote host that will be chatting with you if you need help. Come get out and explore with us in Pittsburgh today!

What To Expect

Wacky Walks of Pittsburgh allows your team to discover your city in a fun and unique way! Wacky Walks is royal scavenger hunt that is played using an app! The app will lead you to participate in tournaments throughout the game to determine the King or Queen. You'll take turns being King or Queen and will complete fun tasks, find items and take photos of it through the app, and gain points. Take as much time as you need to complete the game, there is no time limit. Since Wacky Walks can be played anywhere, you can start the game anywhere of your choosing in your city. If you're not sure where to start, we have a suggested starting location for all of the big cities. The goal of the game is to hold onto the King/Queen title for as long as you can and complete all of the photo challenges by finding items in the city and participating in the fun tasks. You'll be able to see your points on the app's leaderboard and see other player photos on the live Activity Feed on the app. You will also have a remote host that will be communicating with you via chat throughout the game. Basically app version of 'eye-spy'... It was 100% generic and could be played in any city. There was nothing related to Pittsburgh in the 'scavenger hunt'. There was also no 'map' that took you from place to place through the city...You also definitely do not need to go to the 'start location', as there is nothing related to the 'start location' in the questions... So if you think it would be fun to play 'eye-spy' with your friends/family, then go for it!

It was actually a really good time. Not what I expected but for my daughter she loved it. She didn’t want some type of old-school tour. So for us, it was exactly what we needed. And it was a lot of fun

We had a lot of fun and enjoyed being silly together. We didn’t follow the exact order of the challenges but looked at the ones we could complete where we were located. I’d recommend the scavenger hunt.

Fun with friend and family as a group and actually really observing things in pittsburgh. Would love to try another one that would be maybe a smaller amount of questions.
