This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a catamaran party. The team on the boat were the best we’ve experienced so far – very friendly and they created an amazing party atmosphere. However, we were very disappointed with the pick-up and drop-off service. The driver arrived very late (14:15), and we almost didn’t make it on time. On top of that, the driver did not show up to take us back to the hotel, even though the transfer was supposed to be included. Overall, the boat experience itself was fantastic, but the issues with the pick-up and drop-off made us very disappointed.

Our driver was Damian was top tier! He made us feel safe and cared for. He was so nice and respectful. Anyone who gets him as a driver is lucky! This is a whole day adventure, we were picked up at 8:30 am and made it back to our resort at 9 pm. Be prepared to spend the whole day away.

It was amazing! Kevin the tour bus operator was exceptional. Answered our questions and informed us what to expect on the cruise. Black Thunder, the cruise guide was brilliant! His high spirit and motivating energy had us partying and laughing the entire time. The Catamaran staff were all professional, tourist friendly and went far and beyond to ensure that we were safe and having a good time. The entire experience from start titanic was worth every dollar.

This was honestly the most fun and enjoyable excurtion abroad I’ve ever had. I'm a solo traveller in Jamaica for the first time so I was in two minds as to whether to book it or not but thought I'd go for it and I'm so glad I did. Bernard was my driver from Ocho Rios to Negril and back and he was so friendly and chill. I was picked up from my apartment complex in Ocho Rios and we drove straight to Negril which is about a three hour drive but it didn't feel like it when you’re looking out the window at the scenery and chatting. When we got to Negril we stopped for some souvenir shopping before heading to Negril beach; I mentioned to Bernard that I wanted to get some Blue Mountain coffee so he took me somewhere he knows sells legit Blue Mountain coffee as some places sell fakes. The gentleman in the shop was so kind and helpful. After souvenire shopping we went to Negril seven mile beach where I had a good few hours to relax and enjoy the beach at Margeritaville which has free sun loungers to use and you can also buy food and drink there. And when I say the beach is incredible it is absolutely incredible. I've never seen a beach like it in my life; it is pure paradise and a must if you're visiting Jamaica. The long journey is worth it. I also had the most wonderful massage from a lovely young lady called Terona on the beach for a very reasonable price so go and support her. It was the best massage I’ve ever had and the setting for it is just glorious. After relaxing on the beach we boarded a boat which took us to the famous Ricks Cafe which unfortunately was closed due to the aftermath of hurricane Melissa; however we stopped for snorkeling along the way and when we got to Ricks we were able to jump of a couple of cliffs before heading back. Even though Ricks Cafe was closed it really didn't spoil the excurtion at all and I had the best time; just another reason to go back I guess. The boat trip was a decent amount of time and nothing felt rushed. The boat trip included an open bar and there was a DJ onboard to bring the vibes. It was just so much fun and we danced until the sun went down. The crew were amazing and they made us feel so welcome and made sure we had the best time. I would do this excursion again in a heartbeat.

I booked this boat tour expecting a fun and relaxing trip to Rick’s Café with snorkeling, drinks, and music. Instead, it was a huge disappointment. It started raining before we even left Margaritaville, and despite everyone asking to turn around, the crew ignored our safety concerns. The boat was overcrowded with no shelter from the rain all of my belongings got soaked, and my phone was water-damaged. We didn’t get the full experience promised: there was no snorkeling, no snacks, and only rum at the bar instead of a full selection. Half the time there was no music, and when we finally got close to Rick’s Café, we were told we couldn’t even get off we’d have to take a bus instead, which wasn’t part of the tour description. This experience was completely misrepresented and unsafe, and it wasn’t worth anywhere near $150. I would not recommend this tour to anyone.
