Our driver, Jesse, was wonderful and handled everything very professionally. Unfortunately, during our trip our van broke down between Breckinridge and Denver. We were made to wait for over an hour without any communication about whether or not we were going to have a reliable way of getting to the airport and no support on rescheduling flights. We were asked to find alternative transportation with local taxi services and Ubers quoting over $100 to get to the airport, and no confirmation from Peak 1 that we would be reimbursed for any alternative arrangements or rescheduling of flights. After contacting management about the trip, we were not offered any compensation on our trip, but rather a discount to use their unreliable service again in the future.

Easy to book and well organized. Jesse was an entertaining friendly driver. Not sure why the shuttle timing is many hours before departure time. Plan to entertain yourself at the airport for a few hours.

Our family of 4 used Peak 1 for return trips to Keystone in January. We hesitated between using a shuttle service or hiring a SUV. So glad we went the shuttle route! In terms of ease and safety, Peak 1 would be hard to beat. Service was exceptional, drivers polite and friendly, vans clean and comfy - would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.
